The most critical success factors that are observed through the proper implementation of
the health management information system is based on the reliable information that is being
provided through the processes that is being undertaken (Khan et al., 2012). The engagement of
the stakeholders in attaining the common goal of the enterprise and the involvement of a healthy
teamwork through the proper integration of the members in the team is also achieved through the
proper management.
Answer to question 2
Careful planning is the major step that must be undertaken before implementing the
HMIS in order to ensure the safety and security of the operations and the functions undertaken
by the healthcare unit. Proper planning helps in managing the steps and correlating them to the
requirements of the client and the organization as well (Tan & Payton, 2010).
Answer to question 4
The tools that are being used by the management of the healthcare facilities is being
recognized as the strategic planning. Analysis of the situations and the issues that are being faced
by the organization and the clients (Khan et al., 2012). After the analysis of the situation,
evaluation of the problems faced by the individuals in the organizational structure and the
implementation of the proper norms of the management is undertaken in order to make sure that
the planning process is complete is also being included along with the functioning of the
strategic planning.

End user is the most important part of the project as the management is based on the
requirements of the end user (Asangansi, 2012). The information as per the requirements of the
end user or the client is an important aspect that must be considered while the organization
formulates the decisions.

The IT helps in gathering the information based on the requirements of the clients and the
new processes that are unraveling their existence in the procedures (Tan & Payton, 2010). The
most important consideration that is being undertaken by the units is based on the effective IT
management in order to cope up to the interests of the organization and the client (Asangansi,
2012). The IT service management helps in the post implementation of the HMIS in determining
and identifying the requirements of the client.
