This post discussed about the need of nursing professionals in school facilities so that
children with disabilities, or adverse health conditions could be provided with rapid and fast
healthcare interventions so that with proper education, healthcare could also be reinforced (Libby
et al., 2014). The discussion points out the disadvantages of not having school based nurses in
the school facilities and provides a data of a survey where majority of the parents supported
employing a nursing professionals within school facilities. However, there is no reference of the
survey has been provided and no such research articles has been cited depending on which the
information could be validated (Auerbach et al., 20-15). Further, while discussion about
children’s safety and healthcare needs within school facilities, discussion about Chicago Public
School system has been done and hence, proper citation of the school website and their argument
about the discussion should be provided with proper reference. Hence, the discussion fails to
validate the provided information regarding the school based nursing.

complete details of their illness and treatment so that patients and their complete health details
could be available under their fingertips (World Health Organization, 2016). This discussion
provided details of several advantages of using electronic health record system and informatics
in determining the efficiency and experiencing the complete healthcare system (Patel, &
Kannampallil, 2015). However, there are no such documents and references cited in the
discussion post where such advantages and points were mentioned and the information could be

validated. However, in these aspects the negative facts of the electronic health record associated
with medication errors or documentation error should have been provided so that complete and
comprehensive discussion could be provided and improvement in the process could be spread
and people could be aware of the negative effects of the process.

role of these public healthcare system in maintaining ethically compliance care system were
