Roles, Responsibilities in Healthcare and Interprofessional Working

1. Roles and responsibilities of the
professional
 The roles as well as activities which are followed by any individual are significant as every action of person
should justified and prescribed by the higher societies. There are some factors on which the role of health workers
depends on which are training, education, attained experience and their experience in work etc.
 The practitioners are rapidly becoming trending topic of everyone as well as it is targeted by health companion
nowadays. This profession has been given priority by number of people across the globe.
 They help in promoting progress in recovery as well as they provide mental and physical support to an
individuals. They bring comprehensive view and perspective and personal relation to the each members of health
care. Nurses play a vital role in their workplace (Ares,2018).

2. 1 strength and 1 barrier to interprofessional
working
 As they ensure the trending culture following competence among healthcare providers as
they serve a vulnerable population. They also make spread awareness of diseases which
may cause problems and have ability to lead someone to death (World Health
Organization, 2018).
 As they also help a organisation in collecting and maintaining data as well as information
of every patients as well. They also promote to build the community's capacity to inform
or address issues in regards to health.

3. Propose and justify 2 recommendations
 Primal recommendation that is specifically being given is that it is necessary to maintain
the environment as social isolation free.
 Hence, there are number of patients who really need a companion in order to spend their
time with them, the main role of carers which is considered as good impact on the society
as well as image of organisation gets improve by the assistance given by them.
