Introduction:
The healthcare sector is experiencing constant reforms, which intends to offer the
patients with effective and high quality of treatment and care. However, the contemporary
healthcare sector is experiencing extreme uncertainty (Dellve et al. 2018). There lies the
significance of effective leadership, which is the key of driving changes of every level of
healthcare system in order to accomplish the goal of ongoing reform in the healthcare
organization. Effective leadership is the key of overcoming the ongoing challenges of overall
healthcare system (Heath, Appan & Gudigantala, 2017). The aim of this paper is to discuss
about transformational leadership in healthcare. The paper will highlight reflection on the
notion of empowering people in the decision making process by practicing transformational
leadership style. The way, through which the leaders can use their passion for the sake of
working with others will also be discussed in the paper.
Main discussion:
Being a transformational leader I think I have the ability to assess the condition of any
organization becomes easy and they have the ability to recognize the need for change in the
organization. The various entities which needs to be assessed can be envisioned by a
transformational leader easily. I believe they also have the ability to understand the changes
that are required for any organization to grow and also anticipate the effects of the changes in
the organization (Roueche, Baker III & Rose, 2014). As a transformational leader, they have
the ability to envision the various changes which are required by the company and the time
when the required changes are need to be implemented. In the present context of business
conduction I must say that being a transformational leader is very important as they are able
to change in accordance to the changing environment in the business. With the
implementation of the various ideas by the help of which transformational have transformed

and bought changes in the organization is very important in the present context of business
(Arnold & Boggs, 2016). I think the transformational leader identify the change which are
needed by an organization and then guised the organization by following the definite steps
which are needed by the company in adapting to the change process. The transformational
leaders have the ability to turn the group members of a company into individual members
who can have an identity of themselves and the members of the company will be able to
improve their performance.
The transformational leaders in the company have the ability to adapt themselves to
the social changes and implement them in the workplace of the organization. An ideal
transformation leader will be able to create the positive changes which are needed to be
brought in the workplace. I believe that by help of implementing the various changes which is
being brought in the society the transformational leaders have the ability to lead the
employees of the organization in meeting the target and the goal of the organization (Mittal &
Dhar, 2015). I have found out that the transformational leaders in an organization have the
ability to implement the various changes by the help of which the company will be able to
reach its target in a proper way. In the modern context of business it can be said that the
transformational leader have all the qualities by the help of which the morale in the
workplace are maintained in a proper way. I must say that with the implementation of a
transformational leader in an organization it gains the ability of maintaining a better
workplace as the morale and the ethics in the workplace is maintained by the leader in a
proper way. I must say that the transformational leaders have the ability to make the
employees follow and inspire them in the process (Breevaartet al., 2014). In the present
context of business it must be said that the implementation of the various process by the help
of which the company is gaining the ability to succeed.

Conclusion:
To conclude, it can be said that it is the prime responsibility of leaders especially from
the health and social care sector to improve the communication skill. Effective
communication with clients, professional colleagues and families will serve the leaders with
the ability to achieve the goals of treatment and thereby promote health and wellbeing of the
patients. Proven communication strategy plays a pivotal role in the way of strengthening the
relationship between nurses and clients, which is very much needed in order to offer the
patients with comprehensive care. It is the prime responsibility of the leaders of healthcare
sectors, which is very much needed in order to treat the patients with respect.
