INTRODUCTION
Health care environment is undertaken as key concern into the field of medical services.
Moreover, this is needed to be considered within main concern when this comes to societal
health (Aljuwaiber, 2016). Also, this is one of the safe, empowering as well as satisfying
(Bolden, 2020). Along with this, for maintaining the health environment, the heath care
systems are rendering additional services for making patient’s feel healthier as well as fresh.

on providing guidance to its employees in order to perform different work in an
appropriate manner and achieve favourable outcome in future period of time.
The organisation cannot operate without subordinates so it is necessary to have a informal
structure that help in giving shape to its perception, behaviour as well as attitude of individual
