First case study:
The case study represents the issues observed in the health care system. The case study
showed that many hospitals lack the appropriate management of the medication error . From the
study, my personal learning is in order to manage and supervise a hospital sector; first priority
should be patient and patient-centric care. The adverse event takes place due to the lack of

learning from the case study is that in order to be the supervisory leader, one need to have the
vision to share with their employee and empathy, compassion to lead employee effectively. A
good supervisor excels in the delegating tasks to the employee and shows flexibility to the
employee when possible (Ford, Ford & Polin, 2014).

health care issues it is crucial; to gather sufficient knowledge about the disease (Ng et al., 2016).
it also provided me the opportunity to focus on the other activities to manage the same situation
in a different way. It assisted me to manage issues by discussing and analyzing the factors along
with depth research to manage the current issue.

Debriefing the strategy for resolving issues aided in analyzing the issue for getting the
desired solution (Skillman et al., 2017). my personal learning from the process is that it assisted
me in developing the interaction and analyzing the skills by engaging myself with the peers.

experience of group work is effective since it assisted me in developing my leadership skills and
interpersonal collaboration skills for future practices. The entire concepts of group work
provided me sufficient knowledge about the issues and help me from seek help from my peers
