justified idea, but as a start-up, I will recommend you to start with only one healthcare
enterprise. For the first, I would recommend you to start with pre and post-menopausal cases.
After the good establishment of this enterprise, I would recommend you to start the other
healthcare enterprise with female reproduction issues as the reproduction system is more
critical. Otherwise, your four strategies of demographic, psychographic, geographic and
situational cases for solving the issues are totally correct for initial diagnosis purpose.

Your idea for starting the treatment centre for cancer patients is very good for helping
the poor peoples with low incomes. However, as an initial treatment cancer treatment centre,
you will face some problems to provide radiation or chemotherapy. These problems can be
financial problems and lack of expertise. To overcome this issues you can take help from the
NGOs. However, your idea of providing education about the disease and providing general
health care services are good as an initial startup.

helped it to reach to the majority of the peoples, and I totally agree with this statement of
yours because the Inova Health System has used almost every possible way of advertising
(Moriarty et al. 2014). While considering the possible conflict issue, it might occur when the
same services are offered at different prices. As per the second example of the physicians,
conflict issue are not likely going to occur as the reach of the Inova is vast and most of the
peoples will prefer Inova as it is a reputed organization.
