I am Hadiyah Al-Onazi . My ambition is to study for an M.Sc degree in health care management.
I am acquainted with the roles and criteria that are required for studying an M.Sc in health care
management. I assure you that I fit all the criteria and I have an avid interest on this subject. I
have done my graduation with a diploma in General Nursing from Health Science College in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in the year 2004. I also have bachelor's degree in International nursing
studies from the Angelina Ruskin university. I have a wide range of experiences in some areas of
health care like local government and administration. In the two years course of my bachelors
degree, I have come across many students and have worked with them. I can give an assurance
that, I excel in managing teams and dealing with clients. I worked as the organisor of my
personally founded club, "The Arabic society club". The club assisted the International students
by addressing their grievances.
I think that the experiences that I have gained in my learning days would help me to become a
future general health manager. I have always been inclined to healthcare jobs and have found it
as noble profession. I posses a little knowledge about public health and structure and I want to
expand my knowledge regarding the financing of health care systems, the law and ethics related
to health care. However, I have always found health care administration as a lucrative sector for
the students in the health care field. I have gained experience as a staff nurse technician in the
Primary Health Centre of Ministry of Health in Assalam district for 9 years. With time it has
become clear to me that my real interest lies in the care of the greater section of the society and
to address the needs of the people from the grass root level, that is the health care administration.
A safe and proper health care cannot be provided to the clients, as long as changes are not made

from the basal level. I possess an immense esteem for this profession, hence wants to get
admitted in the Masters degree course.
My international nursing studies and my leadership skills makes me suitable for the international
business and leadership roles. In order to achieve this position, I need to learn more , develop a
global perspective along with a cross sector knowledge sector. In order to obtain these
knowledge I need to enroll myself to this degree. My mother tongue is Arabic, but I am also
fluent in English. According to me, engaging in this course will assist me to bring my goals to
fruition. I intend to develop knowledge from this course such that, I can develop protocols in
future for evaluating the various healthcare indicators and advocate cost effective measures.
Building on my academic experiences I want to expand my knowledge and research capacity.
My future plan is to return to Saudi Arabia and to cater to my country's health care system. I am
looking forward to this course with great eagerness, in preparation for a larger contribution to
this field.
