I want to be a part of your Health Care Administration team because I like caring for
people and helping others lead healthy lives makes me joyful. Ever since I watched the
“Empathy: The Human Connection to Patient Care” video, I became more passionate about
working in the Health Care unit. Working as a medical laboratory technician has equipped me
with the skills that enable me to tackle challenging issues and overcome hurdles to provide
superior care for patients. I would like to apply my acquired skills in HCA. Joining the program
will give me a great sense of purpose since it has been my dream since I was a child to be part of
my county’s backbone. I wish to be in a position of optimal effectiveness, and I feel my skills
and experiences are best suited for this position. Just seven years into my naval career, I have
completed my associate degree in medical laboratory science, bachelor’s degree in business
administration, and MBA-healthcare. My primary goal is to attain a Doctorate in Healthcare
Management so that I can reach more people and change lives by supervising, training,
developing staff members. I would also like to apply the latest research in medical and
managerial science to create positive changes in Navy-wide health care organizations.
Great people who have provided me with a strong foundation and inspired me to give
back my beloved country have mentored me. I am a team player and a very dedicated person
with exceptional leadership skills. I believe that I am an excellent fit for this opportunity because
I love humanity, I have an impressive educational background, and I love working with different
groups to achieve great success.
