Introduction
Changing nature of primary health care has brought the revolution in health sector, which
has increased the life expectancy (World Health Organization, 2015). By continuing this, it can
be said that different government and non-government organizations have started contributing in
different health reforming agendas. In that case, ensuring the effective implication of
management theory has become necessary in case of supporting the demands of various health
forms. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the significance of implementing
management theories in case of controlling the various health reforming agendas.
Discussion
Issues
In the current scenario, due to unprecedented epidemiologic and demographic transitions,
the challenges in health care have got increased. Due to the increasing numbers of ageing
population, it can be assumed that within the year 2030, the respective proportion of aged
population will change to 9% to 62% (Ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, 2019). It is also true that increasing
differences in healthy life expectancy in different countries, it has become challenging for
managing all the health development initiatives. Different countries have also adopted different
research agendas in which the intersectoral actions for the health care. By continuing this, it can
also be said that in the changing world, technological and scientific innovation have brought
various changes in health perspectives, which has improved the health possibilities. Based on the
continuous documentation of decisions in the care field, the health care as well as diagnosis
process has got improved (World Health Organization, 2019). However, it is also true that in
order to maintain the single business discipline in the health sector, implementation of

management theories has become necessary. In the research paper, the poor management
practices in healthcare sector and its negative impact on the health of the patients has been
highlighted. By continuing this, the research paper will also focus on different healthcare
agendas, which have been introduced for ensuring the better health of individuals. If the different
health agendas in all over the world will be examined, it will be identified that due to the
differences of life expectancy ratio as well as others health possibility, it becomes challenging
for maintaining all the activities in proper manner.
Evidence
Analyzing the health reforming practices in the changing world, it can be said that
cultural development in the management practices has become necessary in terms of satisfying
the demands as well as expectations of the patients. In case of both the high and low income
level countries, it is important for increasing the medicalization facility in daily life so that the
socio economic development can be ensured. It should be the responsibility of management to
highlight the gap between poor and rich population and concentrate on increasing the wealth by
improving the health policy decisions. With the effective management practices, it can be easier
for the authority to ensure the positive income distribution. By continuing this, it can also be said
that avoiding the ecological as well as social economic risks in the society, with the effective
administrative management practices, the individualization of risks can be managed
(Ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, 2019). Analyzing the global population, it cannot be denied that most of the
people live with the risk of poverty as well as unstable jobs in the urban areas are the important
concern for the management. Analyzing the current scenario, it has been identified that near
about 50% of the world population lives in urban areas, however, with the increasing rate of
migration it can be assumed that within coming 2030 the population rate in urban area will reach

70% which will be highly challenging for maintaining the health standard (Ncbi.nlm.nih.gov,
2019).
Theoretical principles
With the effective implementation of administrative management theory, the management
process can be maintained through the people. By continuing this, the storage distribution of
information can help to perform the job responsibilities in larger aspect. In this situation with the
effective introduction of administrative management practices the support towards reducing the
insufficient social tissue can help to reduce the disease rate. After the globalization, changes in
economic policy have increased the participation of middle and lower income countries in the
global economy. By highlighting this it can also be said that with changing mobility and
migration, it has escalated the health trends.
Conclusion
In this study, it can be concluded that with the effective implication of administrative
management theory the emerging challenges in health sector can be improved. By improving the
social economic status of individuals this theoretical implication can help to provide the support
to the individuals.
