Introduction
The health services of USA generally focus on providing effective treatment to the patients and
quality working environment for the healthcare practitioners. The clinicians offer cost-effective
treatment to the patients suffering from several diseases. The process for providing sufficient
security, compliance, and assistance will help in the establishment of efficient healthcare
services. For effective healthcare services the use, issues, and relation to HIPPA, electronic
health records and use of quality improvement initiative will be analyzed in this study (Ben-
Assuli, 2015). The concluding part of the study will summarize the whole discussion followed by
outlining some key concepts regarding the importance of effective health care practices by using
updated technology.
