One of the major and most important issue which has been faced by Millie is related to
pain in her legs and joints. It can be stated she is facing severe pain in her legs and swelling in

that the heat generated will directly results in enhancing muscle relaxation and reducing the pain

suggestions which can be used and the rationale behind those suggestions. Each and every
section or point has been defined in clear manner and the information available can be termed as
accurate, reliable and authentic.
The information available can be very useful in development and implementation of
Millie nursing care plan. It will help care providers to become aware of key strategies which can
be used to overcome the issue faced by Millie. However, it can be argued that the one website
provides information related to the fact that how joint pain can be cured but it does not have any
data which reflects precautions which can be used to avoid joints pains (Pain management health
centre, 2016). On the other side, another website only lays emphasis on diet plan that can be used
by a person suffering from joint pain and another measure are not mentioned on the selected site
(Eat right food for your arthritis. e.d).

so that patient do not feel uncomfortable for rest of her body. Further, proper measures are taken
so that subjective changes which take place are recorded and accordingly appropriate steps are
taken so that the issues faced by patient is solved.

with proper rest. Swell areas are also covered with cloths and they frequently use hot water so
that issue can be solved. In addition to this, nurses educate patient so that they get to know the

should be analysed. Nurse makes sure that they look over the improvement or raise in problems
so that they can develop strategies for the future and better services can be provided. Above
stated are the basic steps or strategies which are taken by nurses with the help of which nurses
provide proper care to their patient with swelling on their joints.
