 The health care organization of my choice is
The American International Heath Alliance.
 The mission of this organization is to make
health systems strong along with workforce
capacity worldwide through locally-driven,
peer-to-peer institutional partnerships

Strategic Initiative
 The key strategic initiative which aligns with
this organizational mission statement is to
invest in continuous quality improvement
and rigorous evaluation, strengthening the
relationship with a wide range of donors and
building internal programmatic capacity to
complement the work of its institutional
partners

Decision Making
 The process of choosing one of the
possibilities, solutions or lines of approach
which is considered in terms of the needs of
the system is called Decision making
 Within our organization, the decision making
process usually involves several decision-
makers so as to care for patients and
manage operations (Borkowski, 2015).

The Vision Statement
 The Vision statement is usually a statement
which gives the Company a mental picture
of what it intents to become or achieve
(Borkowski, 2015).
 In that case, its essential to comprehend
where our organization is heading before we
develop the strategic plan of getting there

Mission Statement in Planning
 The mission statement is usually used in
organizational planning process by ensuring
partnership along with initiatives which
emphasize a comprehensive and integrated
approach to heath systems strengthening
along with developing human resources for
health (Borkowski, 2015).

Constraints
 Some of the constraints of the dreams
initiative project are finance, time along with
human capital (Borkowski, 2015).

Tools and Techniques
 In the past years, rising attention has always
been paid to the scientific quality of research
which provides the evidence utilized to
support health practices together with
improving the process of decision making.
