providers in the context of considering in nursing practice. The essay will explore the
working initiation to grow and consider the care practice in a healthcare setting. It is needed

organisations. It is to provide the social and health care provisions to share the workloads
and improvement in service to achieve better development within the setting. As stated by
Mason et al. (2015), partnership working involves the best collaboration of practice within
the healthcare setting. The partnership is defined to propose adequate policies and laws to
include the potential aspects for creating useful opportunity to develop the complex processes
within the healthcare setting. It enhances and improves the working identification and
essential purposes to be available while working with partners. The issues include a lack of
shared values, language, and complexity with intersectional collaboration in the context of
public health (Slade, 2017).
Inpatient centred care, it is useful to require the outcomes to drive the health needs of the
individual. It is necessary to develop healthcare decisions as promoting individual wellbeing.

The scenario of Margaret McMillan has stated the current conditions of her while working
with partners in the healthcare setting. She is 40 year and suffering from a psychiatric
problem since 2004. She complies with self-medication against the psychiatric problem in
every day. During the session with the psychological approach, Margaret is applied with
therapy with regularly checking with GP and other healthcare professionals. At the Rehab
centre, it is needed to focus and develop independent healthcare practice. As per the case

emotional wellbeing to enhance value and cultural development, which are respected. Patient
and family comfort is focused on improving the collaborative care, mission, values,
leadership and quality improved rivers to patient centred goals. Margaret used to identify the
housing officer and experience to develop and enhance the structure based psychotic
symptoms. Margaret used to move with issues to recover the disease condition and situation.
It involves the different professional responsibility to develop and improve health. It is

setting.
Professional involvement in the scenario and their role
As per the case scenario, professionals have a responsibility to focus and establish the health
system and care's mission and values to patient centred gaols (Estacio et al., 2017). Several
professionals including psychologists, psychiatric nurse, and other healthcare staff have a role
to involve a scenario and effective role. The professional development and responsibility
develop and focus on occupational and treatment basis development for the patient. A
psychologist has a role in assessing and diagnosing the current approach and behavioural

enhance the psychotic symptoms and treatment within the healthcare setting. Psychiatric has
a role in acting upon the assessments criteria for developing the condition of Margaret. OT
psychiatrist of Margaret has a role in assessing and enhancing software management to
develop and experience the situation analysis. It affects and influences the diagnosis and
treatment prices to prevent the mental and behavioural disorder of individual (Pomey et al.,
2015).
The psychiatric help the patient to develop the mental condition and stabilise it. The nurse
has a role in taking care of the patient to develop the criteria dependency actions and helps of
the individual. Nurse of Margaret takes care of her about her medicine and behaviour on a
regular basis. It is based on identification and experience to overcome the situation towards
the healthcare setting and situation (Thomas et al., 2014). Occupational therapy in the
context of recovering the mental conditions of Margaret is important to develop the condition
of the individual. Occupational therapy is important to inform and identify the different roles
and professional involvement. The disease condition can be monitored by identifying the
different roles within the healthcare setting. The professional development of the individual is
to recover as per the roles and responsibility. According to Chantler et al. (2019), OT helps
individual to assess the emotional, physical and occupational development to develop the
daily living and education for the individual. The individual can enhance and establish as per
the social and emotional condition of the individual. Occupational therapy includes the acute

and extreme rehabilitation for Margaret to the improvement for mental disease and condition.
In the rehab centres, Margaret needs proper care and independent accommodation with
psychotic symptoms.
The Doctor for Margaret can influence to recover the condition with the psychotic symptoms
to recover the electrical enhancement with different roles with professionals for care. They
have a role in establishing and overcoming the different roles and involvement in Margaret
care. It is required to enhance the independent accommodation and move towards the
communication and treatment process (Smith et al., 2016). The housing officer for Margaret
involves the care quality and minimising the risk approaches and medication therapy to
include care quality.
Role effectiveness

professionals has been marked with primary and community-based health care approach to
developing the service and primary care provisions. It has delivered based on community-
based care and health specifications to resolve the issues.
According to Iacobucci (2017), mental support and friendly behaviour are needed to develop
and establish an effective treatment process and intervention for the patients with mental
disorders. It is to experience the issues and intervention process to solve the issues. Margaret
has faced issues developing the electrical and damping problem. It can be used be to develop
the condition in the rehab centre. In the rehab centre, the effective role includes the situation
analysis to develop the treatment condition and psychological condition. The mentioned
healthcare professional has an effective role in developing the care and support to Margaret to
prevent her issues and mental disorders. As an instance, nurses may have another role with
developing the care and involvements in the context of care and treatment process. They had
a role in developing and influencing the care service towards the individual as community-

study, it is found that healthcare development includes the nursing and healthcare approaches
to deliver the best and effective approach to care treatment. A multidisciplinary approach is
focused on delivering the primary and community-based healthcare treatment to enhance the

needed to ensure the partnership working in nursing practice to give proper and effective
treatment toward the patient (Smith et al., 2016). It is enhanced to focus on considering
Margaret's condition after her husband's death. Furthermore, working in partnership working
focuses on developing the quality of care and treatment to process with a comparison with
individual treatment. In the rehab centre, it is effective to treat patients with developing roles
and responsibility within the healthcare setting. It is effective to develop and enhance the
better outcome to collaborate to achieve the same goal to illustrate the partnership work

The working with partners helps the individual to support the care to provide the tendencies
for developing the integration. Furthermore, it is important to develop the outcome and

community and joint commissioning are needed to develop and improve the strategy for the
care quality for the individual. It can be suggested that establishment in the healthcare setting
may be developed as per the project or service development.
