Introduction- Personal development plan is imperative for growth and change as an
individual. Learning the skills that facilitate change enables in gaining a control over the life
and also helps to attain future objectives (Ellis 2019). Formulation of a personal development
plan will provide a clear vision for the future, which in turn will help in reaching the targets
by elucidating the paths that will promote goal attainment. This assignment will contain a
personal development plan based on the module, with the aim of developing personal
insights.
Plan- The primary aim of the plan will be to recognise and utilise the strengths,
following by identification of areas that require improvement. In addition, the plan will also
