INTRODUCTION
Organization evaluation refers to process of measuring, comparing and then analysing
coherence between outcomes and specific objectives and between particular objective and
common objectives of institutional plans or tasks. The current assignment will be presented in
form of written report that will explain some crucial information about chosen company and that
is Warrington. This study will justify vision, mission and aim statement of firm and also describe
information about its structure and management. Furthermore, it will clarify appraisal, team
work, staffing and training related knowledge in context of company. This report will define
strengths and weakness of Warrington.

Yes, agency would be willing to accept students on placement even after June 2020 in
order to get more and more highly qualified, knowledgeable individuals within organisation for
rendering best health care services to people. Numbers of diseases are increase at rapid rates so
more health care staff is required to delivered qualitative health care services to individual.
Brief overview of progress in organisation
I initial stage of my placement in Warrington hotel I find some challenges and difficulty
in perform various task in order to delivered best services to patient. I have get various training
about the way task need to be performed and the way adult need to be taken care for their well-
being. So, it can be stated that in my initial stage they have given small task or activities then as
per experience they delegate more and more responsibility to provide better services to patients.
So, all these were various progress of myself in Warrington hospitals in term of activities need
to be undertaken and goals to be achieved.

Yes, line manager main responsibility is to manager diverse individuals, implement
policies designed by top management of company. Thus it helps in bridging gap between
employees and manager so that all can work together for achievements of common goals.
Therefore line manager of organisation will be extremely willing to act as practice supervisor
for other students so that they can learn new skills, knowledge and capabilities to complete task
and attained their respective goals.
