Legal and ethical issues are those issues which is deals over different activities which has
been taking place within the working process of an organisation. This issue is based upon
violation of those rules and regulation which has been formed in order to maintain discipline

standards which makes ethical code of conduct maintain within an organisation. The ethical law
is covered with in ethical code of conduct that has been formed by the higher management of an
organisation. Ethical laws help in maintaining business environment and thus cover wider scope
within an organisation proper working. The following essay is based upon on healthcare
practitioners and ethics which have to be followed by them. Also in the essay employee and

department of these organizations. Also ethical laws deal with social responsibilities which help
in formation of better services within Healthcare sector. Both social responsibility and unethical
laws helps in attaining sustainability within the working environment of healthcare department
existing within a country. Also these responsibilities are handled by practitioner's healthcare
sector. Responsibilities help in maintaining strong framework which leads upon operations to be
performed within time limit and organized manner. This practitioner's hold responsibility best
over ethical and social conduct which are to take care of patient without doing any
discrimination, how the patient should not be done at any cost. Free Health care should be
provided under NHSC’s guideline. They are also required to make sure that patients need is been
understood by them so that they can help them at first rate. Also such practitioner's understand
employee’s needs which are helpful in attaining opportunities and also helps in protecting

reason only ethics has to be formed. So, it is the main responsibility which helps in making
process conducted with the help of discipline and order. There is much other responsibility
followed by health practitioner. Health practitioner is basically an individual who performed all
activities in relation to health sector. Health practitioner as an individual should take certain steps
for improving health care facilities that non-discrimination laws should be promoted more and
more which is going to make opportunities generated in equal manner. Then he should check
over ethics that makes processes conducted in more effective manner. Also laws in relation to
health needs applied in more effective manner which has to be seen by health practitioner only
(Hawkinson and Klaphake, 2020).
Health practitioner should offer medical services in a wide variety of medical fields,
including dentistry, physical therapy, athletic training and nursing. Then they should examine,
diagnose and treat patients, often prescribing medication or lifestyle changes. Services performed

which transaction and events within accounting system is there to make sure that better accounts
