INTRODUCTION
The healthcare profession is a defining aspect that is usually contributed within the social
group and community in order to take the appropriate health outcome by dealing with the
consequences of issues of health. Therefore, it is usually analyzed that the healthcare
professionals usually deal with the consequences and complications which can create the illness,
disease, and many more. They are usually supported in order to provide care in terms of
medication and management with the relevant approach to the therapy. In this report, the chosen
healthcare profession is physiotherapy (Degeling and et. al., 2021). In addition to this, the
physiotherapist is defined as a professional who is usually associated with the medical field the
provides support and care to the patient who is facing issues of health. Therefore, physiotherapy
is defined as a professional who is generally taking proper support from the healthcare
professional in terms with the patient who is usually affected with the injury, illness, or disability
through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education, and appropriate advice that means
show the approach which provides a healthy outcome. In addition, they also maintain health for
people of different ages and also manage the pain of the patient and prevent further diseases.
Therefore, in this report, the major discussion is based on the core principles of healthcare
professions and also the report is useful in order to provide the proper relevance that is associated
with the value, communication, and teamworking. Moreover, they are also describing the key
elements and components of teamwork within the healthcare profession (Gibbs and et. al., 2020).

of working within the workplace. In this report, the choosing healthcare professionally associated
with the support and care regards the injury, illness, or any disease with their knowledge and
principles.
Description: As a physiotherapist, I used to serve a number of patients who are usually facing
the issues of injury, illness, or any kind of disease. In addition to this, while working within the
physiotherapy department, it is essential to follow a code of ethics and practices in such a way

that help to provide proper support and care to the number of patients. Therefore, it is well
analyzed that the condition and situation of patients are sometimes critical and they required
serious health needs. In addition, as a physiotherapist, I need to provide proper medication and
management in order to reduce the pain and prevent the progression of disease or injury (Price
and et. al., 2022).
Feeling: In the terms of feeling, while working within the physiotherapy department as a
physiotherapist. It is good and creates a positive environment for me and order to develop care
plans and formulate the proper support and care for the number of individuals. It usually
generates well-being and resilience.
Evaluation: Working in the physiotherapy department, helps me to provide proper time
management, communication, and flexibility and also develop the approach of teamwork and
proper criteria that is required in order to provide analytical skills. The aspect is well focus on
other feature which focus on the time management, flexibility of work, and so on. These may
show participation in the structure and working aspect, environment of the workplace within the
physiotherapy.
Analysis: As per the analysis, it is usually evaluated that the physiotherapy department, shows
the aspect which is generally discovering the idea and various aspects of motivation, the
inspiration that is productive to work within the workplace regards with healthcare professions.
The analysis is also focus on the work and ethics of physiotherapy where they support the patient
in ethical way and provide proper support and management for the illness and injury.
Conclusion: As per the above discussion, it is well analyzed that working within such health
care professions. It usually discovered me various aspects that as flexibility towards work,
generating time management, skills, and many more which is helpful for me to develop
knowledge and skills for my further future study or work. Therefore, the principle is used to
follow which may show the approach that contributed towards the good health and outcome. I
also analyze the professional aspect which may contributed to the society by providing the aspect
and support in such a way that they contributed to the good health. The physiotherapist also
shows the approach which is generally play vital role in the core development of idea and care
plan that is helpful for the patient.
Action plan: In order to enhance productivity, it is essential to take some action plans which is
relevant to provide the aspect within the physiotherapy as a health care professional. Therefore,

the proper practices and knowledge are used in order to develop residence and wellbeing. While
working within the workplace completing the assigned task such as supporting and providing
care to the patient with the injury or illness (Sweet and et.al., 2019).

While working within the health care sector, it is well analyzed at physiotherapists usually
work within the various circumstances where they must instruct and provide information to the
patients. In addition, various coordination and communication are used to be taken in order to
provide appropriate advice to the patient. Therefore, the need for communication and
coordination is essential in order to produce information for the patient which is appropriate and
healthy as per the concern of the patient. Therefore, the core principles are used to be followed in
such a way where the clear understanding are used to be taken by value the patient and following
the communication skills with the various health care professions or medical staff that may show
their relevance for the recovery of the patient. The coordination and understanding are usually
created with the various healthcare staff because the patient requires medication, therapy,
massage, and many more where they are divided into the different sector which is generally
nurses, pharmacist, medical, supervisor, and many more. Communication and coordination
usually support the patient in order to show recovery. The coordination among the medical staff
is usually helpful to provide proper support and care to the patient who is facing a situation of
injury or disease. Whereas, as a physiotherapist, it is essential to monitor and provide proper
education with the help of nurse’s pharmacist, and other healthcare staff that may be useful for
the patient to recover easily (Wang, and Ni, 2020). The communication and coordination usually
play vital role in the development of quality of interaction with the patient and it is supportive in
order to reduce the complexities which is faced by the patient. Therefore, it is also analyzed that
the coordination and communication also play vital role within the healthcare setting which may
show the proper support and care that provide the context as the part of teamwork. In addition to
this, the physiotherapist plays some of the context that is well related with the teamwork. The
teamwork within the healthcare setting is always show their bond which is well related with
nurses, pharmacist and so on that provide the information and support within the complex need
of patient.
The pharmacist is well defined as the person who is generally show their significance in
the medication and providing drug to the patient with the proper dose and regimen which is drive

by using communication with physiotherapist. Therefore, physiotherapist also communicate with
the nurses when any disable patient require assistance for their day to day activities. In this, they
show the proper support and care which is well coordinated and communicate with the patient
that show the context which may configure to the good health (Anderson and et. al., 2020).

In the chosen health profession, sometime, the requirement is used to show the aspect of
needs which may configure to the good health that they contributed for the people or patient to
provide assistance in case of injury and illness. In this, the proper teamwork usually plays vital
role in the development of quality of health for the patient when the healthcare professional is
working in a group or team. In addition, healthcare sector is usually work within the team when
the critical or serious situation are arising with the patient which may require assistance with the
support, medication and diagnosis, then the pharmacist, nurses and other people are used to
contributed with the good environment that may helpful for the patient to fulfil the need and
generate aspect for quality of health (Andrade and et. al., 2018).
There are some of the elements which is show their significance within the teamwork which
are communication, delegation, efficiency, ideas and support. These all are work together in
order to establish a goal and place an objective which is usually contributed to the good health.
Therefore, the communication is defined as the major aspect which is important part of the
teamwork which is usually involve with the consistent update of each person within the
healthcare setting. The people used to suffer from the various disease where the support and care
are used to required which is provided by physiotherapy in case of injury or illness. The disable
people also used to take proper treatment and management for their complication which provide
comfort to the patient and this done by the component of teamwork. In addition, it generally
shows the aspect which is well related with the commitment of trust for the support. The
collaboration working with the healthcare setting also share the ideas and make proper decision
making scenario which is appropriate for the patient in term of their complication. In addition,
the idea and support is also analyzed where the medical staff are working in a team are
supportive for their other team member and generate new idea which may show the resilience for
the patient for their complication and complexities (Wei, and Watson, 2019).
In addition, the key pointe of the teamwork usually plays a role which may contributed to
the safety and proper assistance to the people who is facing the serious health needs. The

teamwork within the healthcare setting and as a physiotherapist, it generally derives new ideas
and support within the team and for the team member who work in such condition that is
showing the aspect that is contributed to the good health and recovery of the patient which is
optimum and outcome due to the team working which is drive in order to provide the support
and care to the patient for their health issue (Wei, Corbett, Ray, and Wei, 2020).
