Since teams cannot usually perform with productivity without the help of shred
information along with communication. Moreover, there are various ways of sharing
information pushing for the candor along with the incorporation of transparency which
usually improves the success of a team. According to Joseph Luft Ingham, there has been a
model for the individuals helping to understand themselves along with the relationship with
other people. This concept has been named as the Johari window (Belbin, 2003).. Sometimes,
this is not the case because with the help of other models for behavioral analysis like that of
Tuckman’s , Briggs, Belbin. This essay would demonstrate the opening of public areas and
the process of sharing of information about themselves along with the incorporation of
teamwork, along with themselves where teamwork and professionalism can be improved.
Myer Briggs kind indicator has been mainly inspired by the theory of Carl HJUNG. It
is considered as a toll for the description of ones’ type of personality/ It is based on four kinds
of opposing dimensions where there is Extroversion- introversion (E-I) thinking-feeling,(T-
F), sensation-intuition (S-N). Thus 176 combinations are formed which has been further
studied for the maintenance of the weaknesses (Belbin, 2017). According to my university’s
organized team exercises, it has been seen how the Briggs personality along with Belbin’s
role is found while working in teams. My combination of the questionnaire gave NTP
combination which shows that I act as a plant according to the team building roles. It showed
that I am a poor communicator which is weakness. But this trait is this personality has been
dynamic changing every day (verklan, 2007).

The Johari model is considered to be appropriate for the identification as well as
improvement of the relationship within groups. The model is usually divided into two
gradients or quadrants which has indication of different levels of self-awareness.
Thus the for levels
What is usually known to oneself as well as others
What is not known to self but nor to the others.
What is known to the self along with what is unknown to others?
What is not known to oneself along with others?
Thus these areas usually contract and expand for the reflection of the proportion of
the group or individual knowledge usually about an area. According to the first team building
inclusive of exercises which usually involves the design of a trailer. The process although
slow at first made be nervous and confused as it considers the idea of members being
knowing much less than the other in a family . Myself along with my team are the only
people not to have met anyone in their lives before although the rest of the people had met the
people they have interacted with . Thus the blind area for me was small as other hand no
information about me and the implementation of the name into an unknown area was larges.
If the area was small, it was much easier for the people to increase confusion as well as
mistrust. Thus the process could be delayed especially for the successful team which could
be for the needs and preferences of the patient. The main aim of the Johri window would be
increasing the actual open area along with the decrease of other areas. Thus the increase in
the horizontal as well as vertical open arena could be achieved through the implementation of
a constructive feedback along with feedback solicitation. The blind spot could be included as

an area of the ignorance about oneself where there would be responsibility of providing
feedback for reduction of the blind arena as well as hidden arena.
The importance of the non-judgmental way is important for the managers for reducing
fear along the people. I was given a proper feedback about my performance which helped me
to increase my confidence. According to the guidelines laid by NICE the abuse of infection
co provision of effective feedback is beneficial to the team which increase the
confidence(NICE), 2017). By that this would help me to increase competence for the
following various specifications which would be. According to me, feedback is essential as it
helps in increasing the confidence of one another. This would help me for increasing the
competence which would be followed by the Council of the healthcare feedback would help
to enhance the patient safety which would increase the professionalism and patient centered
care. Thus the employers should usually protect the safety along with health of the
employees’ general public and patients ( public (health and safety at work act, 1974).
.
Another method through opening up of the public arena includes groups discussions
leading to the mutual discovery along with reduction of the unknown area requiring good
communication skills. According to the effective communication is important for the
enabling of staff members for working appropriately with the other people. Among the other
activities I participated in there are many links to the Bruce Tuckman’s theory which would
recognize that groups do not start productive or fully formed (Kumar, Deshmukh and Adhish,
2014).. That form through different stages through storming, norming as well as performing
through the teams which helps them to become more established as well as helps in the
development of relationships with the groups. According to the theories for the activities
there is an expectation of building towers without the help of verbal communication. Along

with the progression of the task. My role changed from a plant to implementer which would
include following the instructions along with my team members during the tie before the
activity. Thus this activity has been good example off the successful network of the result of
a good relationship between the communicating skills (NHS core values, 2017).
I observed that a mutual discovery usually at my placement when there have been an
elderly women suffering from dementia who was instructed by nurses for sitting down for the
X ray. Here the nurse attitude shows an example of the breach of the nursing principles as she
was not compassionate and did not respect the dignity of the patient. The patient had been
sent to care home where the patient had been realized as well as hampered. After review by
the panel of doctors it was known that she had gone to a boarding school and thus the
environment would make her remind of her childhood. Thus this unknown factor which
would help them once there was group discussion and counselling by the doctors for the
matter. Thus this has been linked to the bio physiological model which would explain the
experience which would shape up the personality overall (scope of professional practice,
2018).
However contradicting to this concept it could be determined that the opening up of
the public area had not been necessary for the successful teamwork. Thus according to the
theory of Belbin a plan like trait would thus be interpreted as critical thinker. Thus building
towers without any verbal communication would not allow the views to be shred causing
demotivation as well as frustration. thus regardless of the small public arena during the
beginning of task, various ideas like drawing or writing would show that opening of public
arena would not be important for the team’s success. Thus it could be understood that the
personality helped him to be an implementer which would boost the confidence and enhance
the participation. Thus critical skills would be required for the reasoning while justifying the

request and this would ensure low doses of the radiating which would be a legal requirement
under the medical exposure. This would be a reasonable principle.
Thus in conclusion I could conclude that that this skill enhanced my communication
and acted as an effective tool for the maintenance of strong relationships thus ensuring
productivity. The Johari model would be implemented through maintenance of relationship
which would include allowing to understand the needs of other and understanding
themselves. Thus recognition of the strength and weakness would be important along with the
implementation of feedback regardless of the public arena like telling or drawing of ideas.
Thus this personality helped to become an implementer giving a positive feedback for greater
participation.. This is considered success for the members of the inclusion of the team.
