MAIN BODY
According to the Bismark article, the major issue arising is “quality of care” which
required to be improved by health care services sector. As a Health Minister, I think such issue is
still relevant in the year of 2015 when whole Djerriwarrh Health services Board was destroyed
the following “stillbirth baby scandal”. The main reason behind this sacked situation is lower
quality of care provided to the women who is pregnant at the time of delivery. With the poor
quality of care, there are large number of women are died before born a child. In a day, more
than 700 women and 6500 children die in current time period (White, Dudley-Brown and
Terhaar, 2016). In the year of 2018, there is continuity in poor quality care and risk occurs in
health care sector that will face by hospital industries. For this, they require to encourage their
health care organization to increasing efficiency along with functions. They are provide proper
well-being aid services which reduces the chances of born baby death. Along with this, hospitals
can not fulfill patients needs, wants and preferences with quality care. This issue is still occur in
current period due to lack of techniques, poor staff members services, unclean environment and
inexperienced doctors.
There are different small hospital which does not take any responsibility of poor quality
care services to patients. There are various responsibility which need to handle and manage by
hospitals at the time of delivering of services and also they should provide quality based care to
their patients (Reiss-Brennan and et. al., 2016). The hospital should take responsibility for a
patient critical health condition while treatment conduct in their clinic. They require to monitor
the patient health at the time of operation and also maintain the quality of care that reduces the
chance of repeating that scandal again. The healthcare organization face budgetary issues
includes poor performance of staff members, increasing number of death, lack of updated or
advanced method. As a health minister of health service board I am observed that they were
adequately accoutered for evaluating the difficulties of quality care facilities provided in their
hospital. There are various issue arise at the time of deliver of healthcare services such as poor
techniques, lack of skilled staff units through which they are face by hospital at the time of
treating patient (Ogrinc and et. al., 2015). But still they are work on overcome with this issue or
problems and try to maintain or manage all services in better manner. In current time, they are
mainly focus on providing quality care facilities with the help of advanced methods.
