INTRODUCTION
Quality may be defined as the standard fixed for something which can be measured
against another thing of similar kind or may be meant as a degree of excellence for something.
Quality in health care may be referred to as the degree for which the services of health care for

identify the needs of hiring together with skill gaps in existing employee. This can be
done through visualising the growth of the hospital in terms of number of visit of patients
