that will help in tracking down of health care measures undertaken within the firm to provide
good services to patients. Hardware tools like, smartphones, fitness trackers and tablet PC's can
be used to keep the record of patients within the organisation. Apart from this, distance
prescription or digital consultation from a medical officer or physician can be provided by the
means of telephonic call or video conferencing in tolerable cases, that will help in improving the
health and social care services. It will help in meeting the co management approaches which will
