Recruitment Methods:
The organization is expected to introduce two different methods for the recruitment.
First one is the direct method and the second one is the third party sources. The process of
recruitment will include five different stages which includes the defining the goals,
establishment of the budget for the recruitment, initiation of the search of the candidates,
identification of the suitable candidates, interview of the probable candidates, selecting the
best suited individuals for the vacant positions and the establishment of the partnership with
the individuals in the form of the placement.
Job Requirements:
Excellent capabilities to assess and plan the nursing care requirements.
Ability to provide pre and post operation care to the patients.
Capability to monitor and administer medication and intravenous infusions.
Excellent capability to take the sample of the pulse readings, temperature readings
along with the blood pressure readings.
Capability of managing the excessive workload of the healthcare organizations.
Excellent efficiency in supervising the operations of the junior employees.
Capability to provide the emotional support to the patients and the relatives of the
patients.
Search of Candidates:
With the framed job requirements, the organization will conduct a search for the
candidates in both online and offline mediums. Considering the online mediums, the
organization is expected to advertise for their positions with the mentioned job requirement in

the social media platforms such as Facebook, Whatsapp and Twitter. In addition to this, the
organization is expected to advertise through their website for the vacant positions.
Considering the offline medium, the organization is expected to tie up with various
health care educational institutes for sourcing the probable candidates for the vacant 20
positions. Other than this, the organization is expected to source the individuals from various
third party agencies on the basis of the commissions. Apart from this, the organization is
expected to initiate the referral policy for the registered employees of the organization where
the employees of the organization will be allowed to refer their preferred candidates.
Many of the healthcare organizations of the nation such as the Banff – Mineral
Springs Hospital and Canmore General Hospital are seen to conduct their recruitment in the
above mentioned way. The mentioned procedure plays a significant role in providing equal
opportunity to all the probable candidates and that has the potential to increase the
effectiveness of the procedure in selecting or recruiting the individuals that are capable of
providing the much required quality in their services and will be able to manage the
significant work pressure as well.
Ethical consideration:
One of the prime ethical consideration for the organization will be the privacy of the
candidates. With the interview and various personality test, the organization is expected to
make sure that they do not share the findings with any of the third party agencies without any
prior communication with the concerned individual.
Apart from this, one of the significant ethical consideration for the mentioned
organization will be the “wish for denial”. During the interview session, the organization and
the management will have no authority to force any of the individuals in commenting
anything that he or she may not like to comment. Apart from that, the panellists of the
