INTRODUCTION
Health and safety is a essential activity to reduce the illness of people in the nation. It is
focused on providing effective guidelines to patients in order to live healthy life. Care UK is a
health and safety organization which provide optimistic services to its patients in the United
Kingdom (Zanko and Dawson, 2012). The present report defines about the health policies and
processes used in the communication as well as to maintain the health and safety at work according
to legal requirements in the UK. Further, it measures the priorities of health and safety policies
which are important for Mr. Watson .Mr Watson suffering from mental diseases as per case study It
generates risk assessment based on work of people in the United Kingdom. In addition, it evaluates
the contribution of researcher to promote the health and safety of service users in the nation.

There are many policies and procedures that are used in communicating and maintain health and
safety at firm as per the legal requirements.
 Health and safety work act 1974- This act represents about the general duties of employers,
staff members and suppliers of goods for maintaining health and safety at workplace in the
United Kingdom. This act also influences organisation to follow health and safety
procedures as well as equipment for the security of people (Health and Safety at Work etc
Act 1974, 2015).
 Food safety act- This rule states that organisation has to provide proper food to their
consumers through using health and safety standards. This act also obliges firm to give a
list of materials and quality standards which are used at the time of making food in the
United Kingdom (Johnstone, Bluff and Clayton, 2012).
Policies and procedures
 Safeguarding- It is a term which is used in health and safety rules in the United Kingdom. It
provides full autonomy to children, young and old people to live free life from abuse,
neglect as well as harm in the nation. For example, this article gives full authority to all

reports in the home. Then after, she can analyse the condition of patient for treatment in the
house. She can also give proper medicines after the discussion with psychiatric doctor of Mr
Watson. Mrs Kiran can inspire the medical victim to read the novel and extra activities in the
house (Kane and Kane, 2013). This process can also help the mental patient to keep busy in
the home. In addition, it contribute effective role to recover very fast from this psychiatric
diseases.
 Emergency condition- In this situation, Mrs Kiran can immediately call ambulance in the
case of psychiatric attack to treat Mr Watson for their well being in the home. This process
can also help the patient to save its life in the hospital. Then after, home care assistant can
contact mental doctor to explain proper situation of medical victim in the organisation. In
addition, She can also handover previous report and medicines of patients in the hospital.
This approaches can also help the psychiatric doctor to treat Mr Watson in appropriate
manner in the corporation (Lowes and Hulatt, 2013). Then after, Mrs Kiran can follow
guidelines of medical professionals to give proper medicines to the medical victim in order

to recover from this type of psychiatric attacks.
There are many aspects like quality, organisation culture and structures of health and safety
policies in the United Kingdom. Mainly quality of these policies is created positive impact on Mr
Watson in the UK. Government of United Kingdom has made effective rule and regulation to treat

in the house.
Situation
As per case study, there is conflict of newspaper and ethical issues which are arising
between Mr Halley and nurse in the house. As per UK law, person can go any where in the nation.
There is different issue with Mr halley (Lowes and Hulatt, 2013). Generally, patient is suffering
from Apraxia in the country. This is severe mental diseases which reduces concentration of mind of
medical victim. As per health and safety rules of Government of UK, medical victim can not go
outside alone to purchase thing or any extra activities in the nation because this thing can create
road accident due to lack of concentration of mind on the road. This process can produce severe
injury to Mr Halley in the nation. In addition, he can also die in this event (Santos and et.al., 2013).
Implementation of health and safety policies
` Community nurse can use many health and safety policies to take care of mental patient in
the United Kingdom. Further, She can use mental capacity act to resolve these issue in the nation.

This rule can also help the nurse to resolve these issues in the nation. Home care assistant
can use mental capacity act to resolve this dilemma in the United Kingdom. This regulation state
that if patient is suffering from heavy mental diseases then family member or nurse can take
decision for the safety of medical victim in the nation. With help of this act, she can convince the
Mr Halley to stay at home. She can also explain their mental condition to patients. Community

I can also give my contribution to promote the health and safety policies in the United Kingdom.
 I will follow all rules and regulation of heath and safety of government in the UK. With help
of this act, I can serve many patients for their well being in my city.
 I will aware about my subordinates, family members as well as friends to promote these
policies by associating them to provide effective services to any kind of patients in the
United Kingdom.
 I will also report the local authorities during accident of any people. These things will
increases my contribution through promoting these health and safety policies in the nation.
 I will use to internet to know about new policies of health and safety in the country.
 I will help mental patients to reach the hospital for their check up in the hospital. In
addition, I will also try to fulfil basic needs of medical victims in the UK.
 I will also provide effective knowledge to patients to take loan facilities and free medical
check up services to reduce expenses of them in the country. This things will help to
promote health and safety regulations in the state.

are helping health and social care organisations to treat the patients in appropriate manner in the
country. Fire evacuation and cleaning policies contribute effective role for Care UK to save life its

improve condition of Mr Watson in the nation. Risk assessment method is also aiding the Care UK
firm to analyse various hazards and their solutions to save life of health and social care members in
the country. It can be concluded that mental capacity act also helps the Community nurse to resolve
newspaper issue with Mr. Halley in the nation.
