INTRODUCTION
Recent political and the economic development have associated to the major level of
changes in terms of the practices for delivering the health and social care. This makes manager
along with respective professionals to have proper level of recognition of important links
between the problem solving and decision-making aspects. In this report there will be clear
discussion external analysis which influence the heath care policy having influence the health
care policy along with proposal, programmers which have the recognizable stages for the heath
strategic development and more level of planning mechanism (Rhodes and et.al., 2017). In

have the occurrence as ye body responses towards these particular chemicals is out to the balance
along with more level of triggering changes which can be result in the damaging the multiple
organ system.
The global epidemiology the sepsis is the difficult to be ascertain as it has clearly estimated to
affect the more burden more than proper having the 30 million affected in the world wide every
year. In addition to that, it leads to the more than 6 million of death in which the sepsis is most
likely to the highest in low to middle income of countries.
As the immune system of an induvial tends to have the potentiality to save he body for many
illness and infections but it is not considered to be possible to have go into the over drive to
response to and respective actions (Singer and et.al., 2016). The sepsis is being developed when
the respective chemical of the immune system has been realized into the blood stream in order to
have the fight an infection cause inflammation throughout releasing the entire body level.
There are the arrival of the three stages of the sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock as this can
take place in the situation when an individuals is recovering from the procedure. It is important

to have the seek proper immediate level of medical attention which increases the greater chance
of survival. In addition to this it is more are presumed to be gross underestimates, because in
Africa sepsis is rarely diagnosed, reported, or registered as cause of death. Sepsis is the third
biggest cause of maternal mortality, accounting for 11% of global maternal deaths.
In the sepsis, bacterial infection is the one which is most level to be blame but it has the
higher level of risk which can be result into higher level of infection. The individual has their
serious level of medical issues such as such as appendicitis, pneumonia, meningitis, or a urinary
tract infection. The people who have been identified at the higher risk are such as the people who
have the immune system in not working well situation due to HIV or AIDS OR cancer.
In addition to the person who have taken drugs which have surpasses the immune system along
with those who have the rejection in preventing the transplanted organs. Very young babies and
major elderly ones or the recently one who have been hospitalized for the major surgeries or the
one with diabetes. The symptoms for the sepsis have the beginning from the different parts of the
body which the illness which can be different symptoms as the first level of signs which have
the inclusion of breathing and confusion (Kiani and Masimo Corp, 2019). The other level of
warning signs has the inclusion of the fever chilling low level of body temperature, more peeing,
rapid increase in pulse rates, fast level of breathings, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Although the sepsis in the positionality the life threatening ones in which the illness have
the verification by looking ate pre-existing conditions as it have being developed when the

Sepsis is not never to be contangoes as the pathogen which have the caused the serials
level of infections lead to get sepsis in more contagious way. this have the spreading withing the
person body which have the original sources of the infection to the organs through the blood
stream (Gotts and Matthay, 2016). In addition to that’s it can take up to 2 years before the sepsis

survivors to have the beginning by recovering in complete mannered which is been lasting the
effects of illness. This have the certain level of conditions which have more damage organs fr the
debilitating joints and muscle pains, fatigue, insomnia, poor concentration, nightmares,
decreased cognitive functioning and self-esteem. The sepsis an be more level to be treated as the
preventing the more level of infections as on the reducing the risk of developing ye sepsis.

1) Factors impact on management and Prevalence of Sepsis
There are some factors such as international, economic and political issues which can
have huge impact on the prevalence & management of Sepsis. Sepsis is the one of the major
cause of emergency medical admission (Chiarini and Vagnoni., 2016). This is associated with
High mortality and Mobility , this creates problem for the people who are not able to pay for
their Treatment and some of the factors such as economic factors and economic condition of
the country and their polices also matter or arability of the treatment in the country. There are
Three stages of the Sepsis which are Sepsis , Severe Sepsis and Septic shock. This can happen
while patent when he is still in a Hospital recovering from their procedure. This is important for
the people to take immediate treatment if they see any symptoms of Sepsis Disease. Here are
some factors which affect Sepsis prevalence and their management.
International
As per the view of World health organization It has been estimated that more than 30
million people worldwide every year, potentially leading to the more than 6 million people
die b due to the Sepsis Disease. The burden of this Disease is high mostly on the countries
low and middle income and poor people are not able to afford this much for their treatment.
World health organization also have issue their guidelines for the Sepsis about their
symptoms , management and their prevalence. Countries who are financially weaker and their
healthcare system is weak are suffering from this problem because they can not provide better
treatment to their people which lead them toward death.
Economical factor
Economic condition or polices in the country also affect on the management &
prevalence. This is depends on how any particular country have their polices about treatment
of Sepsis and how they providing treatment to their people (Dehnavieh and et.al., 2019). Most
of the countries provide free medical treatment because their economic condition is good, and

they give importance to their healthcare system but some of the countries does not provide this
much because their GDP and economic growth . This is important for the countries to make
their medical infrastructure better and provide people guideline to present this Disease. this
will also maintain their economic conditions and they can provide better treatment and
prevalence to their people top overcome from this major issues.
Political issues
Political issues between the countries is also created impact on the prevalence &
management of the Sepsis because if there is an issue between two countries and one of
them is selling medicines for the treatment of the Sepsis disease then It's hard to import
medicines from the other country. If the political issues increase between the both countries
then they can stop exporting medicines to the other country which may create problem for
them and they will not able to provide treatment to their people (Kilpatrick, Saito, Allegranzi
and Pittet., 2018). It is important for them to make an agreement which will allow them to
continue importing and exporting medicines and treatment related to the Sepsis.
2) Assess the prevalence of Sepsis in India and UK
Sepsis in United Kingdom
Sepsis is the major Disease and life Threatening condition which arises in the human
body when it response to an infection causes it to attack in their own tissues and their body
organs. In a Sepsis Immune system of the human goes into the overdrive setting off a series
of the reaction which include Widespread Inflammation and this can also cause in the
significant decrease in the blood pressure of the patent to the vital organs and starving them
of oxygen. This can lead the people in failure of their multiple organs and it can also case to
their death.
In all over the United kingdom the number of the patents are having this problems
which is around 12300 cases each year in the England. And it has been estimated that 3700
people died every year due to Sepsis and this report is provided by the top health care
institution of the UK NHS. For those people or the patents who survive from this Disease ,
still they can suffer long term physical and mental problem for example - Cognitive problems,
Post Traumatic stress, organ Dysfunction etc (Kissoon, and et.al., 2017). the Nurse and the
health care team who see their patents regularly and they are usually the first healthcare
workers to see them , as well places to recognize the sign of Sepsis early and rise the alarm

to enable prompt identification and their treatment. In hospitals setting early Sepsis
recolonization by the ward nurses has been shown to improve survival for the patents in the
hospital with the Sepsis If a person you care for looks or feels unwell, doing an early warning
score such as the NEWS can help you to recognize sepsis, raise the alarm quickly to a senior
colleague or health care professional and priorities care, so they can be treated within the hour.
Sepsis in Africa
Africa is the country where most of the people are bellow the poverty line, and they are
not able to afford their medical treatment. At least 2 million people in this country die due to
sepsis Disease every year These statistics, however, are presumed to be gross underestimates,
because in Africa sepsis is rarely diagnosed, reported, or registered as cause of death. Sepsis is
the third biggest cause of maternal mortality, accounting for 11% of global maternal deaths.
Accounting for the two- third of the maternal deaths , this country is expected top have the
most and highest rates of maternal Mortality attribution to the Sepsis. Government of this
country mostly b ignore this disease because of their healthcare system and their economic
condition is also very bad (Li, Chen, Liu and Deng., 2020). This is creating problem for the
people who are living in African country they are unaware of this problem and most of the
people are affected with the Sepsis Disease. People who are already having this problem are
belong to the Poor or middle class family who cannot afford their treatment.
3) Need for Universal prevention, Diagnosis & management of Sepsis and discussion on
strength and limitation and link with SDG's
World health organization which provide the safety guidelines and prevention for the
health of the people globally and provide shifty prevention also provide guidelines for the
Improving the prevention, Diagnosis and Clinical management of the Sepsis. According to the
world health organization Sepsis is the life Threatening organ dysfunction which arises in the
human body when it reposes to an infection causes it to attack in their own tissues and their
body organs (Martischang and et.al., 2018). In a Sepsis Immune system of the human goes into

against infections such as the good Hygiene practices and vaccination both in the community ,
and health care settings, is the first key step to reduce the increment of the Sepsis early
diagnosis and the time to time and appropriate medical management of Sepsis, for example
optimal antimicrobial use and Fluid resuscitation, are the crucial to the person's survival
from the Sepsis, and they live more. Even though the onset of sepsis can be acute and poses a
short-term mortality burden, it can also be the cause of significant long-term morbidity requiring
treatment and support. Thus, the spectrum of sepsis is very wide and requires a multidisciplinary
approach.
Sepsis Prevention
there are some Prevention which can help to prevent the spread of the infection which
helps to reduce the risk for developing Sepsis (Saito and et.al., 2018). Here are some
prevention from the World health organization.
 It is important for the patents to stay up to date with their vaccinations. There is no
specific vaccines for the sepsis, so they can get the vaccination which are used for the
treatment of Flue , Pneumonia and other infections.
 It is necessary for the patents to be Hygiene it means that they need to be practicing
proper wound care , bathing and hand wash regularly top prevent this disease.
 It any person have signs of having sepsis then they should take immediate care.
Every minute of the person's count when it's about the treatment of the sepsis, To
sooner they will get treatment , the better they will get the outcome otherwise there will
no treatment if they get late and this can case them death..
SDG and WHO
Who and SDG has the goals to promote good health to the public, so they provide
guideline to the people and WHO is international organization who is promoting people to
look for their health and well- being. They give safety prevention to the people about the
Disease and their health. Every country follow its guidelines and promote people to read their
guidelines. Their main motivate is to maintain health of the people and create b better health
care system in all over the globe.

As per the above report I have learned that there are many people who are suffering
from the problems such as Sepsis and there is no proper treatment of this Disease. Sepsis can
be only treated when people like us will be aware about this type of Disease (Walsh and et.al.,
2019). Most of the people does not know about Sepsis and when they come to known that they
have Sepsis, but they already get late and this lead them toward death. In my Opinion it is
important for the every country's to issue their guideline about the Sepsis and their
Prevention, so they can know about this disease.
STEP – 2 Feelings
I have experienced that there are many people who are suffering from the different
different disease and they are not aware about this. As a global Citizen we should take steps to
aware people about Disease, so they can take proper prevention and treatment and before they
meet with this kind of situation they can take proper treatment.
STEP 3 – Evaluation
Countries should take responsibility to spread awareness among the people, and they
should give attention toward their heath care system, and they should improve their health care
system. Awareness can be spread through social media because most of the people are active
globally on internet and social media, so they can aware people about the sepsis and provide
information about the Sepsis. In my opinion as a responsible global Citizen we can also Put
some effort to spread awareness among the people through social media because we can
connect with the people in all over the globe and convey our message to them and spread
awareness.
STEP 4 – Conclusion
In the end I have experienced that Sepsis is the major problem among the people and
most of the people do not know about this disease and this disease can be treated if we will be
aware, and we should aware other about it (Waltz., 2019). It is also a fact that weakness in
medical and health care system is a big problem among the countries so countries should
look for their healthcare system more than other things.

CONCLUSION
AS per the report has been briefly explained about the Sepsis which is one of the major
disease worldwide. It has been discussed factors which impact on the prevalence and
management of the Sepsis. This report has been compare two countries which was Africa and
UK and provide information about the Sepsis in both the countries. This report also has been
provided guidelines of the Word health organization and in the end of this report has been
provided reflection by using the Gibbs model of reflection.
