In order to provide proper care to others, there is a need to have an effective skill that
helps to improve the learning and take care of others. Similarly, the present study helps to shed a

to be review to address the question. The study is divided into three parts where in first part,

part, study will provide an in-depth account of all five dimension of emotional intelligence. In
last part, report will develop a personal develop development plan that helps to reflect the
personal qualities that is necessary for employability.

well. Overall, it helps to improve job satisfaction because by understating other’s emotion, it
helps to retain employees for long term. The recent example in a healthcare industry also shows
that during a meeting of all professionals, when one person speaks and other listen, assists to
analyze the behavior of all the employees in order to make the decision effectively. Moroń and
Biolik-Moroń (2021) examined in their study that EI help healthcare organizations in order to

(Bintani, 2020). Moreover, with the help of PDP, individual can make an effective planning that
helps to improve the current skills so that their goals can be accomplished. Hence, it can be
stated that this plan assists to have a well thought out a goal to attain by implementing effective
ways to minimize the weak areas.
Vision: My vision is to make one of the top and successful marketing manager in the field of
insurance industry.
Goal: To become one of the successful manager by using effective skills and work for the
benefit of society.
Future job role: I want to become a top marketing manager where I increase my network and
also improve the results by focusing upon my skills so that it assists to gain the defined aim.
SWOT analysis: The tool is used to determine the internal strength and weakness so that I can

There are many risk pertaining to the action plan and there is a need to solve such issue
because it might affect the plan in negative manner. Such that, without taking help of tutor,
action plan cannot be completed because it affects the results in negative manner. It is not
necessary to have enough information regarding the same that is why, there is a need to involve
supervisor so that effective results can be drawn. In addition to this, not meet with the defined
tenure is another risk faced for action plan and it might affect individual to meet the defined aim
(Bukharina, 2018). That is why, there is a need to solve the risk by using effective
benchmarking approach in which each month or week, individual needs to analyze whether the
task is attained or not for the particular time period. This helps to improve the result and make
further action to minimize the same. Another way, not set out effective objectives that are used in
action plan and this in turn causes negative impact over the action plan. Thus, to minimize the
same, it is suggested to verify the same with supervisor so that it does not cause any negative
impact over the results.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report, it has been concluded that the sources can be evaluated by
analyzing credibility and currency. As per the above chosen sources, it has been identified that

years. Further, it has been concluded that using emotional intelligence, professionals of health
care industry can easily improve communicate with each other. Also, the present study
summarized five dimension of EI which includes self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation,
relationship management and empathy. Moreover, through the above report, it has been
concluded that by using effective personal development plan the skills (which are considered as a
weakness) can be improved that can be used in future. Thus, it reflected that with the help of the
PDP, individual identify the tenure in which the skills can be developed.
