INTRODUCTION
 Health care refers care of medical condition and
sick health in the health centres, hospitals and its world
organization while social care refers to provide supports
such as financial or basic needs supports to community.
 Health and social care system are based on eight factor
model. In which includes historical, structural, financial,
intervention, prevention, resources and major health issues.

EIGHT FACTOR MODEL
There are eight factors which creates issues and gives impact on the supply of healthcare services to
peoples. To understand issues there are two healthcare system which is situated in different countries such as
national health service (NHS) and Medicare. Eight factors are-
STRUCTURE
 In hospital patient suffers various health issues I.e. chronic disease such as cancer and neurological
disorder. Beside of this negative environment and lifestyle enhances obesity which is root of diabetes
and cardiovascular disease. Such kind health issues faces by UK, Due to improper structure of national
health service (NHS). NHS is a healthcare system of UK where employees don't get any health policies
during job and less productivity of staff in hospital. These all are obstacles causes NHS unable to offer
proper pharmaceutical and health care services to individual patient on wide scale

 It is another obstacle where organization unable to makes proper budget for healthcare services because health care
system doesn't get funds from public and private organization. Sue to this NHS unable to provide proper health and
social care services to patient and peoples in country. While Australian government specially offers funds to Medicare
centre so that healthcare system enables to make proper funds and offers medical and social supports to peoples.
RESOURCES
 resource refers human resources such as volunteers, licenced professionals and domestic professional etc. these are
important parts of NHS which supports organization to treat peoples. National health and social care doesn't get proper
supports. That's why it is one of the most important reason of health issues. Beside of this Medicare is large health care
centre which operates in various countries.

HISTORICAL
 It refers explain wellness of each nation
and compiles all previous health data which is
concluded by the nation. But NHS doesn't have
proper health care data of people due to this they
unable to find ratio of wellness. While Medicare has
proper data and on the basis of data they enable to
give proper ratio of health.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
 In this report I will suggest that UK government should be provided funds to
national healthcare services so that they enable to makes proper budget and capable to
organize other health program for peoples.
 Second NHS should be provided proper facilities to staff member at workplace so that
employees' productivity enhances at workplace, and they provide proper health services
to patients and peoples.
 Through these action UK enables to root out health issues from country.
 This report has been concluded health and social care system along with eight factor
model.
