1.The five phases that can be evaluated in order to analyze the project approach are initiation
phase, chalking plan phase, execution phase, performance phase and follow up phase
(Singhand Khanduja 2014). The workload of the project can be distributed into small and
concrete mechanisms by these five phases. This makes the task easy to monitor. However,
along with these strengths the workplaces have significant weaknesses. A goal that has been
primarily set can be proved to be vague. Lack of resources, time and budget can be seen as
weaknesses.
Holding team meetings weekly or monthly, delivering progress report to the
employees, appreciating them on the basis of that report and managing problem of
individuals in person and motivating them can be fruitful in order to improve the workforce.
2.Three different dimensions of competency like knowledge, excellence and personal
attitudecan be identified. The quality of instructing, leadership, offering new vision, taking
active decision, mentoring the entire team, developing an effective team, communicating and
negotiating can be included in knowledge. Excellence is conditioned by the strategies of
addressing interdependencies, quality of motivating a team and leading them to success. The
analyzation of a candidate’s behaviour comes under the category of personal attitude. This
attitude includes the capability of convincing people and influencing others’ decision in order
to develop the project workforce.
3.There are significant roles that play key performance in order to improve the healthcare
services. Developing and applying national standards of tests by which the abilities of
doctors, nurses and other employees can be examined in order to employ them. A
performance-oriented performance plan can be added to motivate the employees. This is
important to offer the coverage of medical insurance at larger scale and apply the strategy.

Medical data systems can be utilized and executed in order to expand the use of medicine,
procedures and guidelines. The government requires to engage a commission that can offer
recommendations.
4. Evangelist is the one who promotes a brand without holding any position in the company.
The aim of an evangelist is to promote a brand in order to get it involved in a community.
The example of Guy Kawasaki can be underlined who plays a role to promote Canva in order
to evaluate the role of an evangelist(Kawasaki 2015). He uploads contents on virtual media,
speaks at multiple events, gives interviews in regular basis to bring Canva in limelight. The
quality of good listener and good speaker, the quality of discriminating between when its
required to talk about brand and when not to and the will to promote brand any place one is
visiting can make a person chief and good evangelist.
5. Social networking theories and tools have been developed in order to initiate active e-
learning practices (Laranjoet al. 2014). Connectivism initiates a reconceptualization of
knowledge which includes the informal knowledge as an initiator to develop lifelong
activities to experience the informal and personal environment of learning. The goal that
includes relation-oriented personal interest, confrontation of particular subjects and diversity
of interests and inspirations plays an important role as a tool to succeed. The natural and
independent inspiration, confidentiality, sense of accountability and circulated reflexivity are
also playing significant tools in developing this particular sector.
6. Change and betterment should be the only constant method in order to improve healthcare.
Interventions that aim to figure the patient populations to investigate in the clinical areas do
have a significant impact on the improvisation. Distribution system reforms that include the
responsibility of both the dealers and patients also play an effective role in this sector. The

expansion of delivery system and coverage can be applied in terms of improvement.
Reformation that include the reimbursement of the providers can be beneficial.
7. Team work and collaborative promotions are the major achievements that a company have
already achieved by Social Achievement Mapping (Adodo 2013). The mapping of social
circle evaluates the continuous requirements and assesses them on the basis of priority, offers
the features of self-assessments ambition-setting mechanism. The allocation of proprietorship
is accomplished by the practice of authorized employee representatives who are dedicated in
monitoring the circumstance and environments of the workplace and the requirement of every
individual.
This step also needs to be taken in the future but along with few added facilities. The
facilities will include an ambition-oriented map of business achievements, impact-tracker and
social audits.
