Problem 1: Bad impact on performance
It is one of the problem which is caused by the excessive workload amongst healthcare
staff. If the staff is over loaded with more than one task, then they can easily loose efficiency and
effectiveness in their working. This results in the poor performance while handling the patients
and other tasks as well. There are several types of workloads such as the workloads which are
very large highly results in the declination of the performance and productivity. It basically
means that excessive workload has a direct impact on the staff performance. Its relationship
states that the higher the workload, more will be the difficulties for the staff to solve it which
hinders in rendering the best performance (Baker, Canvin and Berzins, 2019). This ultimately
results the declination of the performance. Bad performance due to excessive workload also
results in the conflict among team and leads to the difficulty in management among the groups.
Employers generally get frustrated if they don't find satisfying results with their employees
without giving the thought on the reduction of workload. Some of the staff don't raise their
voices due to the fear of being fired and this highly impacts the bad performance. Moreover, bad
