The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre is a health facility that

Economic factors – The hospital is known for providing lavish facilities to the
patients in order to encourage their progress levels and improve the small IT based
developments.
Technological factors – The technologies that are used in the hospital are considered
to be an important part of the operations of hospital. The medical equipment always need to
be updated in order to improve the levels of public access (Jasper and Crossan 2012).
Political factors – The development of the facilities provided by the hospital are
supported by the government in a huge manner. The growth that has been seen in the Saudi
population has an impact on the facilities that are offered by the organization (Walley 2017).
Cultural factors – The demands for healthcare in Saudi is considered to be an
important factor that helps in making the decisions based on services that are required to be
provided to the customers. The age limits of people are considered to be important aspects
that can have an impact on the operations of organizations in the country.
Competitive situation – The competitive situation in the country is huge and the
organization needs to upgrade its services to attract the consumers (Walley 2017).
