INTRODUCTION
According to the NHS, the anxiety is defined as the severe disorder which is associated with

to have a work life balance and the time is spent in their jobs which can affect the quality of their

From the above research report it is analysed that, in most of the university graduate
students, stress and depression is very high. Here, two articles are evaluated which are further
provide a brief description about the anxiety among students and their level of struggle in

universities are provided a designated time for having positive metal health activities which are

factors and try to implement and minimise the factors that are affected through mental health
treatment to the students. Another recommendation for the universities are related to need and
allocate the resources for managing and sporting the social based activities which make a strong
and positive impact on the mental health of the students. Furthermore, this article suggested that
to reduce the mental problems and make counselling services for the students to meet the
demand and get higher approach through online and offline counselling.

reason to face different kind of challenge and give them negative feeling and lead the successful
