Discussion one.
The armed conflict involves a disagreement within which the parties involved use
firearms or any other form of material to fight the opponent. For developing countries, this
usually causes a lot of problems that usually involve the destruction of properties,
underdevelopment, damage of assets which will lead to a lack of proper functioning in that
particular country.
War will often lead to a country becoming retarded. This implies that there is little or no
economic growth in that particular county. This is mainly because the citizens are not able to
stay in one location hence little productivity. An example of such a country is Somalia where
there are constant conflicts and this has since left the country in absolute poverty.
Discussion two.
The two nations that I will consider is Brazil and Ghana this is because although their
medical system is different they have had some tremendous improvements and this has helped
their citizens in achieving affordable health care system for all. Health care financing stands out
to be one of the most core components when it comes the health systems (Holloway, & Galvin,
2016). Health care financing components often include the distribution of financial risk,
mobilization of funds, allocation and utilization of services
. We find that in a country like Brazil the health care system is more affordable for its
citizens this is because the financing is taken care of by the government and other insurance
companies. However in Ghana where there are trying to change their health care services and
make them more affordable to the citizens through government involvement and insurance. This
restriction influences fitting well-being approach examination to fortify financing administration

at all dimensions. At last, the needs for good administration are to decide the best possible jobs
and elements of financing inside well-being frameworks that are all around coordinated with the
arrangement and control of value well-being administrations.
Insurance is very vital in health care this is because it makes health care seem cheap since one
only pay premiums where are rather affordable.
Discussion three.
For long time access to quality healthcare has not come cheap. In many occasions, there
are various ways the government of United States has put into place to help curb this menace and
make health care affordable (Scott, Mannion, Davies, & Marshall, 2018).
This method involves where hospitals are required to publicly post prices for their most
common diagnosis. The cost can also be reduced by allowing Medicare to negotiate the prices of
medicine and as a result, this will lead to a significant decline in the cost of health care. The
prices or cost of health care can also be reduced through price regulation.
A generic drug is a drug that consists of the same chemical ingredients as the original
drug which was initially developed, innovated and patented. The sale of generic drugs usually
occurs upon the expiry of the patent of the original drug. They are however cheap and offer the
same remedy as the original drug. Their main advantage is that they are affordable hence making
healthcare cheaper.
