What are our objectives?

We are a team of motivated, high-achieving persons, enrolled for
attaining PhD in health services and are dedicated to instilling and
exemplifying a sense of collaboration in the team. The sole
determination of our team is to provide assistance to each other in
a meaningful and significant manner. The major objective of our
team is to facilitate a strong discussion on our PhD course content
related to health services and their implications. This team has
been developed to complete the assignments of our PhD course
and our general objective is to master our course material. We
intend to work in collaboration with each other for conducting and
submitting our assignments within stipulated time.
Efforts will also be taken to settle on several discussion posts that
need to be presented to other members of our class.
The team mission is to provide assistance to one another to
successfully achieving the goals set forth in our academic
curriculum. All team members aim to improve academic expertise,
while advancing the learning capabilities. Maximization of our
academic experiences will increase our educational attainment in
the long run, by observing our process effectiveness, and tracking
us through our obligations to aid one another in the squad.

duty of thoroughly reviewing assignments of others, and increasing
awareness of the team members on what is expected of them, while
holding group discussions. This will increase clarification of roles
and responsibilities. I will have to remain available for supporting
my team members.
Timothy Conroy- Will be responsible for taking lead for Take lead
for team building, which will be the final assignment 1 for week 10
discussion posting. It is expected that Timothy will adorn the role
of an individual who will have to be referred and looked up by
other team members, in order to ensure smooth completion of the
week postings. Timothy will also remain enthusiastically involved
in formulating the discussion posts of the assigned week.
Tamara Hendricks- Will be accountable for taking lead for the
recruitment and retention issues, as a part of the final discussion
postings for week 4. Tamara will adorn the role of a leader who
will be have to be provided necessary information regarding all
proceedings of the week, and will keep a track of them. Tamara
will also manifest thoughtfulness, effective work planning and
passion for timely work completion.
Phuong Phan- Will take the lead for completing week 7 assignment
that will be based on organizational theory and structure in action.
Phuong will bridge the gap between knowledge and practical
experience and expand upon the personal and professional skills of
all team members.
Doris Allen- Will monitor progress of the team due to her previous
experience and will assist others in enhancing their personal and
academic goals.
What are our milestones?

On the first days of the aforementioned weeks that involve
different discussion postings and assignments namely, week 2, 4,
7, and 10, all members enrolled in the team will be provided with
the duty of conducting a review of the questions that have been
formulated for the weekly discussions and assignments. This will
be followed by developing an initial post that would focus on the
collective strategies to develop a post that needs to be presented to
other classmates. The group postings will be checked regularly on
all weeks, followed by providing responses to the questions of any
of the designated team members for clarification the roles and
errands. All team members will have to agree and settle on a final
posting for respective weeks, which will be assorted and compiled

by the leader of the team by the 4th day. Tamara Hendricks will act
as the moderator and will kept a track of the discussion board
postings, every week, besides reminding us for timely completion
of tasks. Responses from all team members will be collected by the
team leader at the end of the week, followed by revising them, and
formulating a final assignment and/or discussion post that will be
uploaded in the discussion board, prior to the final deadline for the
week.

All members will be responsible for their roles, and actively
participate in the tasks. They would be efficient in time
management and adequate respond to their peers. They would
demonstrate respect and dignity towards others, while valuing
constructive feedback. They would also resolve any doubts before
4th day.
