The quality and safety program is an approach for better quality improvement as well as the
medical safety. They ensure participation of the service chiefs as well as the clinical staff in
development, reporting post monitoring and improvement of the activities that are linked to

relationships with the external agencies, stakeholders and other purchasers. They also ensure
