Globally, united states have recorded the best health care services. Among the other

reduce burden of illness, injury on the injured individuals and the rates of disability so that they
can improve the wellness of individuals. Moreover, issues of accessibility in the health care,
managing chronic diseases are the roles of health organization in the country. Health finance in
the country has involved personal payment so that the health issue of the individual being

The health care reform solution that can improve effectiveness in health care is
improving the quality and value of care, which is very important in the health care systems. This
reform will escalate the costs being incurred in the health sector, improve the poor quality
services and ensure that all Americans without health insurance cover will be covered to increase
effectiveness (Sharif, Elsayed, and Stack, 2016). Moreover, it will improve access to the right
care and ensure that it is being done at the right time. This also aims to keep people healthy to
avoid the complicated illness, and hence in doing all that access to health care will be improved.
The stakeholders of the health care reform involve the patients, physicians, employers,
insurers, and hospitals. On the patients, they might be confused if the mode of treatment has
changed, how they can access health care if they can afford the attention being given. According
to the physician, they believe that those who made the policy ignored their concern and hence
there is a conflict between the physicians and the stakeholders of the reform (Larkin et al., 2016).
For the employees they enjoy what has been implemented in the reform. This is because there
many benefits based on employee retention, recruitment, and loyalty. For the insurers, they will
benefit in great depth because everyone in the united states will be insured according to the
reform implemented.
