Introduction:
The legislation in UK is providing the health and safety of an employee in the workplace and the
legislation follows safety and welfare act of 2005.This act sets out the regulations and thoughts
about employees in the workplace. According to the UK working culture, it is the responsibility
of the team manager and the team member to maintain safe working culture in the organisation
and rectify the problems and obligations of the employees as well. Under section 8, this is the
responsibility of an employer to take care of employees’ safety. In a health and social care
workplace there are several injuries and illness are taken as a consideration. Therefore in this
presentation review system, policies and communication procedure to maintain a safe work
culture has been discussed. In the next part responsibilities of employer in a workplace and

Review system, policies and procedures for communication:
There are various existing policies for communication process in health and safety at workplace.
The act of data protection is most popular among them. This act defines the rights of an
employee in the workplace, rights on privacy, religious beliefs and ethnicity (Yorio, 2016).
Health and social care workplace is maintaining this policy in order to maintain the better
workplace culture. However according to the general rule the general rule the original proof ID
and proper documentation are being asked by the higher authority of an organization and under
the act if data protection 1998 they ensure the identity of the worker.
Responsibilities in a workplace
Health care service is required to carry out the responsibilities. According to the act of safety
1974, the employee should think twice in order to do their respective work (Sinelnikov, 2015).
It is also the responsibility of an employee to ensure the fact that there is no misuse if
information and breaching of data in the workplace and a healthy and professional work culture
is maintain throughout the working time (Reese, 2015).
Analysis of health and safety:
In this case it is the responsibility if the higher authority or the director of the workplace to keep
the working place as safe as possible in order to reduce the hazardous effects. In order to do that

the director of the healthcare carries out all possibilities in their working process and maintain
the safe work culture as well (Loeppke et al. 2015).
Conclusion:
According to the UK working culture, it is the responsibility of the team manager and the team
member to maintain safe working culture in the organisation and rectify the problems and
obligations of the employees as well. Health and safety is the essential part of workplace.
Therefore it is important to maintain the regulation and acts which is involved in the working
culture. Therefore in this presentation review system, policies and communication procedure to
