and they will sell healthy drinks to their customers (McKeever, 2018). This business fall in food
and beverages company and there are good scope of development in this business. most of the
customers demanded to purchase natural ingredient beverages.

The followingbusiness will sell healthy beverages which is made by natural ingredients and
herbs to develop immune system of customers. This product will help in covid pandemic and
attract the attention of customers toward the product. Secondly, the drinks will be sold in
different flavor to attract more customers.
Objective of the company-
The main objective of the company is to sell those products which help their customers to
improve their immune system. Secondly, the company will also aim to target all age group of

age, gender and many others. In context of business, the segmented their market for all age
groups and for both gender male and female.

company must use social media marketing because it has global reach and it has the capability to
reach more customers even international customers. They can also promote their products
through TV advertisements. It is essential that the company must advertise their products by
mentioning the difference Benefits of their drink and disadvantages of other beverages.
Operational plan
It is essential for the organization to maintain their operational plan in effective way so that they
will conduct their business activities in a proper direction which will help them to achieve their
organizational goal. In context of given company they will Firstly minister row material and
they have to use more natural ingredients because the basic feature of their product is that they
use herbs and actual Indians in their beverages which will develop the Immune system of
customers. They are also used to develop their packaging system by using those material in
packaging which will decompose easily. This will further help them to achieve the objective of
CSR.
Strategy for growth
It is also essential that the company will make their growth strategy. In context of the business
they can grow by using Market development method (Ferreira and Pinheiro, 2018). This is the
method where company introduced their existing product in new market. In context of the

countries and many others to expand their business. for this they are required to conduct
marketing research end to analyze that which country demand their products more to expand
their business in those countries only which demand more for their products. This method will
also help them to analyze the method of franchising and identify which company are ready to
take their franchisee.
Financial information
It is also essential for the company to make punch statements for the company to analyze how
much expenditure they are incurring and how much income they are gaining to control those
expenses which are not required in the company (Alonso-Vazquez and et. al., 2018). It is also
essential for the company that they will identify which department is performing well in the
company and which department is not an in case they found that the that the department it's not
performing well due to lack of finance and they will provide more budget system to the to that
