training sessions and is at risk of losing fat free mass that is lean body mass referring to whole
body components except the body fat. To effectively maintain her weight and so as the body
power she requires a good balanced diet that improves her fat free mass by building muscles and
reduce body fat. The diet should contain fibre rich food such as vegetables and beans, cutting the
processed foods such as fast foods, candy, packaged baked goods, replacing carbohydrates
