Heinz is an American food processing organization which manufactures thousands of
food products and markets it’s products more than 200 countries across the world. It is
specialized for it’s Ketchup and continent products (Rezaei and et. al., 2019).
Organization follows matrix organizational structure which is the combination of
hierarchical and divisional organization structure and segregates all roles and
responsibilities accordingly post. It has strong international presence that demonstrates
it has wide scale functioning across the world. It has strong brand portfolio wherein
included twenty top brands in it. So, t has broad functioning in it’s business sector.
Pestle Analysis of Heinz company
It is analytical tool that use to analyze external environment of the company. The model is applied for Heinz company
that is described below:
Political factors: Political factor is always played significate role in organization profitability. Heinze operates it’s
business in multiple countries so it expose itself in different type of political environment by keeping flexible policies
and meets all rules so it does not have to face major issue of political factor (Düerkop and Huth, 2017).
Economical factor: Organization follow business cycle stage that supports to deal with high rate of inflation in it’s
business sector.
Social factor: It posses’ wide brand portfolio so it enables to meet all objectives of customer, so it does not have to
face this customer trend issue.
Technology: It has good financial positioning so it always invests large funds in R&D department to lead
advancement in technology and it’s products.
Environmental factor: It has used various sustainable practices like low carbon footprints products so it has increased
demand of it’s products in all countries effectively (Rastogi and Trivedi, 2016).
Legal factors: It always focuses on customer’s health so it has undertaken sustainable practices while manufacturing
sustainable and customized food products like ketchup and continents for customer. So, all countries government
promotes organization to sell it’s products in the market precisely.
