article is based on the help desk job training and certifications which are required for the jobs in
this field.

Help desk aspirants need the technical knowledge and skills along with the responsibilities
training. Such responsibilities and training includes that the help desk technician must be
educated in diagnosing the computer errors and must provide the technical support to the
organisations either in terms of hardware or any software equipment. training must be provided
in terms of troubleshooting the software and other network issues which the organisation is
already facing in networking design and network prototyping. training is also necessary in
backing up and restoring the raw data and event information into the files and systems which are
stored in the organisation's personal systems. Training is also required in gaining the knowledge
for installation and configuring and the breeding of the software and operating systems.
Moreover, cleaning and repairing of the computer hardware for example keyboards and printers
are also important in terms of training because the information technology help desk technicians
who are working on a remote basis are provided with the technical support with the help of

switching are also the important certificates for help desk technicians. It has benefits because it
provides the customers satisfaction and productivity enhancement in terms of security and

Walsh and Brooks, 2020).
