There are various cost that is required to be met in order to minimize the challenges that
the group may incur. The cost of developing an interactive website that will connect the group,
volunteers and the needy people in the community is around 500$ which is a little bit costly to
the organization4. This will ensure there is awareness of the group agendas and proposal to those
parties. There is need to create a fun page in both Facebook and twitter to enhance social
communication because an estimate of 3.16 million people use Facebook in Singapore. The
digital transformation in terms of fund raising will also require money in order for it to be
implemented successfully.
The in-house activity will require addition of rooms and employment of more expert so
that it can facilitate the running of the group more efficiently. There is need to introduce an
office layout to facilitate this program. The cost of buying fully equipped office equipment is
1.2million in Singapore, so the group should find ways of getting that money5.

The main stakeholders in the program are; the Central Singapore Community Council, the
donors and also the members of the public.
CONTENT BRIEF.
The group should develop a list of all the donors and volunteers so that they can monitor
the amount of money entering the organization so that they can be distributed to different
projects equally hence there will be no wastage of funds. The ideal SEO strategies are mainly
based in terms of technology, the developed website should be easily accessed in the common
search engine such as Google. The CMS search engine should best suit the website. The on-site
SEO optimization should be strategically done in that it is simple when accessing the website.
On the front page of the website it should mainly focus on the introduction and achievements of
the group. Then there should be a social platform in the same website where the public can give
their views6.
According to the strategy it is very clear than the website is mainly developed with an
aim of mobilizing the public and the volunteers to join the group. The in-house proposal as
suggested by the chief executive officer, Mr. Chia Shih Sheung should be implemented because
the volunteers will be able to create a close connection with the management Central Singapore
Community council. By these the donors with have full trust of the proposed project and the
already executed ones.
CREATIVE BRIEF
In order to solve the issue regarding fund raising, the group should involve the public
more by organizing social functions and inviting people to be part of the fundraising. The cost of
organizing the function in social halls is cheap and very much attractive to the surrounding
community7. The SEO strategies in terms of website based platform for fundraising should be
similar to that of the general website but in the fundraising website they should include the
financial status of the organization. This may pose an encouragement to the donors to participate
more on the process. The Volunteers should be involved more in the program by their physical

appearance during the functions. These will increase their relationship with the group members
and also the needy people in the community8.
The group can purchase more Lories and cars to facilitate the relocation program because
it develops a lot of fund which will help the organization to meet this technological
advancement. They can do door to door initiative which will familiarize the local people of the
moving service program. The group should go further and design a mobile application that will
contain this website enhancement program on an individual’s phone9. Using the application one
can easily; contribute to the fundraising that is involved, communicate or comment anything on
the proposed project in place, get notification on the oncoming events and program and finally
make purchase for the products they sale and also the services they offer to the public.
They can improve their involvement to the community by coming up with more projects
such as letting the volunteers be involved in social services such environmental cleanness
program and door to door delivery of the sold furniture. These will improve the interaction
between them and the society.
TECHICAL BRIEF
Developing an online platform to conduct the fundraising will see its way more
successively because most people use internet in doing most of the social and economic
activities. The website will have a platform where one is able to contribute funds towards
enhancing the social program such as the pass-it-on program. The funds contributed from the
website should be allocated equally to program and the non- profitable business of the group10.
There is also need to create another website which will link the four parties which
comprise of the group, volunteers, donors, the less fortunate and finally the customers who are
interested with the products them sale. The website with advertise the products and also show the
entire program they have planned, time and even the venue for the charitable events. Currently
they use paperwork to accomplish this process which is expensive and time consuming.
