cities in Spain and Italy where the huge number of tourist come every year. In Venice and
Barcelona tourism practices increase day by day because of their heritage sites. People like to
visit heritage and cultural places so it is the responsibility of the management of heritage and
cultural sites to provide them good quality services to satisfy their needs and demand.
It is very important to make development and conservation of culture and heritage resources.
There are so many conflicts that arise during this process so it is essential to remove them
