INTRODUCTION
Tourism management is essential for protection of natural resources and taking care of
heritage as well culture of the country. It is useful for maintaining and sustaining tourists'
attraction towards tourism sector. The present report is based on understanding growth of
heritage industry in UK and political conflicts occurs for conservation of its resources. In
addition to this, purpose of heritage attractions for tourists' satisfaction with its services.
However, roles and responsibilities of organisations in heritage industry can be explained.
Including this, methods and media used for interpretation in culture industry for tourists is to be
expressed through this assignment.

It has been noticed that there are number of issues that local authorities and government
faces in regard to develop the heritage and cultural tourism. One of key reason behind such
aspect is improper conservation of heritage and cultural resources. It is essential for government
to conserve the heritage and cultural resources in Tibet so that it can assist in attracting travellers.
Also, it is significant for State Administration of Cultural heritage to develop principles for the
conservation of Heritage sites in Lhasa, Tibet (Agapiou and et.al., 2015). By having a continuous
improvement in the heritage tourism the level of economic development can also be advanced.
In addition to this, it can be said that planning is also an issue for Tibet for effective
conservation of heritage and cultural values. If planning and implementation of tourism
strategies are not appropriate then it might affect the overall development in negative manner. As
Tibet development is greatly dependent over China support so low level of funds for technology
is also a critical issue. In present era the customers are more attracted towards use of technology
but due to improper technological investment the development and conservation of sites also get
impacts. It is necessary for Tibet government to ensure about additional financial sources so that
such kind of issues can be overcome in desired manner (Guo and Sun, 2016).
Along with this, local authorities also faces issues in respect to the revenue advancement
so effective measures need to be taken into account. Conflict in regard to transportation is also

need to be referred effectively so that long term sustainability can be taken into account. If
transportation facilities at heritage and cultural sites are not appropriate then overall development
will be influenced in negative manner. Moreover, the legal values can also impact the heritage
and cultural sustainability so authorities need to be concerned about it (Hampton and Jeyacheya,
2015). In addition to this, it can be said that issue of capital intensive is also need to be referred
by the management. It has been identified that the heritage and cultural attractions need high
maintenance cost. It means the Tibet government need to be ensured about the measures that can
control such aspect.
Furthermore, the environmental issue also impacts the conservation of heritage and
cultural sites. Due to high level of tourism activities and less facilities in regard to infrastructure
might create a cleanliness issues. Such kind of measures impacts the overall outcome so
authorities need to ensure about environmental and infrastructure standards. With an application
of such aspects the issues can be resolved and lead to continuous development of sites (Jiang,
Gretzel and Law, 2014). There are various tourism activities that encourages trade in stolen or
cultural property also affect the cultural resources of the host nation. It indicates that overall
development of such values is harmful for tourism activities. By having a better sustainability the
issues can be resolved in desired manner.

kinds of visitors come for different purposes. For example; students for education, scientists for
research and fact finding, families for entertainment and so on. Therefore, cultural destination
and tourism management is appropriate for travellers and entity also (McCombes, Vanclay and
Evers, 2015). In this regard, purposes for heritage and cultural attractions are appropriate for
tourists' satisfaction effectively. For these purposes, purposes of attractions for several visitors
can be understood as below:
