company works together.
When different companies are working at the same place
or together then there is requirement of proper
coordination among them for better performance but it is
an impossible task. It rises more conflicts among
companies because private firms want to use modern
technology or skilled manpower for the development of
heritage and cultural places as it assists in generating
more revenue while government enterprise works for
conserving heritage properties effectually.
On the other hand, another agency is Woodland trust
which mainly focuses on the planting of trees so that

the balance in nature. It also controls the whole
process by which more revenues can be generated
and that amount can be invested further for growth
and development. This organisation has several
management styles which is adopted by its members
or supporters according to their requirements.
At present, these agencies play an important role in
maintaining and preserving the heritage sites in a
proper way. These roles and responsibilities assist in
attracting more tourists that bring revolutionary
success and development. It increases revenue and
sales that can be used in the growth of this industry
and state as if there will more travellers come then it
will increase the foreign currency’s reserve. In this
