INTRODUCTION
This project is based on the case study of the Hector Gaming company which is
educational gaming company that offers young children's educational programs. In this report,
several problems has been addressed which occurred within the HGC company.
What is our major problem
As per the given case scenario of the Hector gaming company which is educational
gaming corporation that specialising in young children's educational program. The actual
problem arisen within the company is related to lack of control over the employees and project
manner. Peter have lost the control over the members of project through which conflicts have
been arisen within the company (Leitner, Meissner and Martyna-David, 2015). In the company,
some individual are always requested for any new project created and resource conflicts occurs
among the project. Every project manager thinks that their project is very important. However,
many of the project have not met their deadline and its comes in over budget.
Identify some symptoms of the problem
As per the given case study it has been clearly identified that HGC have faced several
kinds of the problem within its business through which its growth and productivity has declined.
There are several reasons and symptoms through which problem has been clearly identified
within the company. These symptoms are as follows-
Many of the project have not meet its deadline for accomplishment as manager have not
set a systematic planning and scheduling of the project.
Another major symptom is that project are not coming under the budget as it goes over
the budget. This is very bad thing which was happening with HGC company that its
budget has gone out of limits which have determined by top management.
What is the major cause of the problem
The major reason for this problem in the Hector gaming company is that Peter have lack of
controlled and monitored the performance of project manager due to which conflicts have been
arisen among them. Furthermore, manager have not focused on the planning and scheduling of
the project management. With help of systematic planning project manager can improve the
performance of business (Kernbach, Eppler and Bresciani, 2015.). Lack of monitoring and

control by top management is major reason for these conflicts occurred at workplace. Another
reason is regarding to the lack of confidence in the peters who is owner of the HGC. She is not as
confident that she have a good handle on how such as organisation should be managed with such
as fast growth rate and potencies competitions closer to becoming a reality. Peter should improve
her personality and professionalism so as she can develop a systematic path to achieve the
objective of organisation and conduct each and every activities according to the systematic
manner.
CONCLUSION
From this report it has been concluded that there are several kinds of the problem faced
HGC company due to the lack of effective monitoring, controlling, management etc. It manager
Peter have lack of confidence due to which proper planning have not designed within the
company.
