Gracious industry is an Australian based organization that manufactures and supply
electronics parts and manages supermarkets with hardware stores. Organization has
35 employees and doing work in electronics industry from last 40 years. In this
assignment, it will discuss about the selection and implementation process of
suitable ERP systems to run business efficiently as company also hired an
accountant to manage financial process or the organization. This assignment will
include the business requirement with the business process of Gracious industry
along with system requirements with features of ERP system. The suitable selection
process ERP vendors and vendor selection will also discuss in this report.

Now these days, most of the organization implements advance technology with
different account software in their system to make flexible process. These
techniques and software ideas improve the productivity in the organization as well as
it used to reduce the cost production and manage different process of the
organization. Use of information system plays critical role in the creation of an
organization with manages different situations of the organization of every industry.
