This study assignment discusses about the collection of job advertisements from job
portals of Australia. Since many years the Australian job portals are working towards
providing the best job updates to the community of Australia. Such portals are seek, jora and
indeed. These portals are providing quality and trusted job advertisements of top companies
of Australia backed by different designations and handsome salary. This topic covers the
roles and responsibility of these job portals in providing the aspiring candidates quality
information of vacancies as well as the personal attributes required for this jobs. This study is
related to post offerings like management account, senior financial accountant, tax accountant
and many more.

In the recent trends of competition, the job market has become very much fluctuate.
Due to increase in number of aspirants, the job market have become much fragmented.
Therefore the truly deserving candidates are not getting the right opportunity to get jobs. In
order to cope with these situations the community is highly dependable towards these job
advertising websites or portals who relentlessly work towards providing right job to right
candidates. In this case three job sites are chosen namely “seek”, “jora” and “indeed” and 10
job advertisements have been collected related to accountant posts. Therefore total number of
30 job advertisements have been collected.

requirement of senior tax accountant in Sydney, Australia. This is indeed a big company and
have a lot of growth opportunity in the future. The salary package of this company is very
much high as well as exciting with additional benefits for the aspiring candidates. Accor
Australia is one such organisation which offers the candidates a job of assistant financial
accountant in Brisbane, Queensland. The role they are offering is strategic leadership in the
financial management and procurement as well as training the employees towards an
effective business improvement. This is certainly a challenge for the aspiring candidates and
have a lot of areas to excel the knowledge’s of accounting and finance. The tax manager also
plays an important role towards meeting effective investment criteria of people and align in
making strategic business decisions. Similarly the Parramatta city council is another
organisation offering the job role of senior financial systems accountant. This role ensures
sound management operation in the field of accounting and finance. This job role is also very
much challenging and look to offer exciting amount of salary to the potential candidates (Ali
et al.2018) .Another big company which offers similar job advertisements to the candidates.
On the other hand another such company is village roadshow limited who is also offering a
similar kind of post in the sector of accounting and finances as a whole. This area have a lot
