Executive Summary
The consideration is about the activity which includes the proper focus on the Taylorism and
Ford which are set across the globe. There are different theories set for the management which
are effective to handle the workplace standards and to match with the equality forms of the
workers.
Week 1: Activity 1: Ford and Taylorism
a. There are different ideas which are based on the current era where the workers working
across Australia, America and Europe do not tend to accept the Taylorism. Here, the
focus is on the changing technology and the process of automation. Here, there is no
wisdom that is set to apply for the establishing of the theory (Lackner, 2017). Hence, the
ramifications are needed to match and work on the theory of success.
The activities are defined to focus on the factors which include the management and then
working over the lower level of the knowledge by the management. Here, the workforce
in the company is also defined to manage the presence of the different trading unions
which could lead to a better control over the management. Here the increasing wage is
provided for the employees to work at the time of production along with the line product
that is defined for the setup of an effective process of manufacturing.
b. The application of the theory of Taylorism is based on handling the call centers to a
certain extent. Here, the operations are based on the divisions that are made in the
different sectors mainly found to be specialized in the niche (Waring, 2016). Here, the

division of the work could be depending upon the areas of the expertise and the different
roles that are assigned to the job for the different employees.
The scripts are considered effective for the call centers for effective responses to the
different queries. Here, the parts of the society like Ford, Mercedes and Audi try to work
on the implementation of the concepts which are related to the assembly line and is then
set for the easy management of the employee standards.
c. The clip details about how the industries are able to work on the judicious approach
where the ideas are entailed depending upon the scientific management theory (Witzel et
al., 2015). The principles are then coined to work over to have a long-lasting effect and
have been rewarded hard work of employees, with proper introduction of the production
techniques. They are important for starting up of the different ventures and then
correcting the applications and properly utilizing the techniques in the current age
standards for the guaranteeing of the success
Week 4: Activity 1: Structure and strategy
According to the analysis, it is seen that there is a need for the organizational structure which
involves how the different activities are able to work on the proper coordination. Hence, Yves
clearly determines the allocation of the work and the performance which is important to work for
the proper achieving of the objectives. Here the strategic standards are based on planning about
how the firms are working towards not only on structural differences for the different activities

Here, the policies are defined through the proper illustration of the sales and then the marketing
firm standards. It aims to improve the sales procedure and the forms that are needed for the
month that are seen to be coming up. Considering the different advantages at the competitive
level in the organization, there is a need to work on the industrial development with proper
management of the people behavior and then working over the forms of the operations for
business setup (Radziwill, 2014). It includes the designing and the working by the setup of
organizational strategy which could allow the business model to be set up in an effective manner
with the division of the different modules and the operations. Here, the forms are also related to
the working on the implementation of strategies that have been designed to work on the

The example is the sales and the marketing firm where I was analyzing the improvement of the
