motivation. It is important to maintain favourable environment it is important for the

It can be said that having a diversified workplace helps the management to understand
their employees and motivate them so that they can give their involvement in the decision

Stress is one of the most common obstacle that can affect the employees performance s
and demotivate that can have negative impact on the productivity of the company. It is
responsibility of the employer to maintain positive organisational culture which will
result in to less stress among the employees and continuously motivate them in
improving their performance. It is also the responsibility of the employees to manage their
own stress as it is common in every company. The employee should participate in the
health related activities that is conducted by the company and should not involve in
continuous work and go out during lunch breaks and communicate with other employees
that will help in getting more ideas and also helps in relieving the stress that is affecting
the personal as well as professional life of the employee. The employee should make sure
that they are completing their work effectively in the working hours. Employee should
spend a lot of time with their fellows as they will feel less stress and also enhance the
communication and helps in improving their interaction with different co-workers within
the organisation. The activities that is organised by the management of the company , the
employee should participate in those activities effectively which helps in avoiding the
stress for a short period of time and give time so that they can refresh and work again with
less stress as before. For example : employees take stress as their work is not completed
on time due to their low speed which develop stress in them and they get demotivated
which also negatively affects their performance in the company resulting into affecting
the productivity as well. The employee should attend the training sessions conducted by
the management of the company which helps in knowing various ways through which
they can avoid stress and work positivity in the company. Stress within the employee also
arises regarding the job security as they feel uncertainty can result into lay off form the
employment . The employees should focus on concentrating towards their development
within the company and positively attend the training session which will help in
increasing their skill and knowledge which will reflect their performance in the company
and they will be appreciated for their performance by their superiors . It is both the duty
of the employer as well as the employee to maintain positive working culture which will
result into less stress level among the employees. But in order to achieve the future goals ,
the employee has to make efforts in the personal development and also in the achievement

should be focused on results and goals, they should communicate with each other, they
also offer each other support, good leadership, they have fun etc. are the essentials in
order to get team based success. For team, it is necessary to communicate well with each

style, Chief Wearing can encourage team to realize overall success and then perform the work so
that their morale can be increases that helps to improve the vision of the team in an effective
manner. Having this leadership style will be beneficial for the team members because it assist to

side, most of the employees found dull and boring while using power point presentation
