This research is emphasized on evaluating the opportunities and problems of social electronic
commerce. It is analyzed that social electronics e-commerce is imperative for making
smoothness in the business function as it offers an opportunity to the firm for expanding their
business and make effective decision in the context of organizational issue (Cohen, Manion,
& Morrison, 2011). But at the same time, it also is quite complicated caused by creating the
probability of data security theft that could be affected the overall productivity of the firm. I
deeply comprehended the research questions that could be an imperative part of the firm.
This topic has been approved by my tutor as it is unique and social electronic commerce is
being an imperative issue in the current era (Collins, 2010).
The literature review – the search process, summarising relevant articles, designing the
outline of the literature review, writing up the literature review
In this section, I gained my understanding of the search procedure, summarization of the
relevant articles, literature review outline, and literature review writing up. It could be
effective for the attainment of the organizational task. I gained my understanding of the steps
that were followed by the researcher to at the time of the literature review.
Search process
The search procedure is an effective way to address way towards any specific way to make a
decision effectively. In this, I understood that a quality paper (peer review paper) has been
considered in the literature. I gained my knowledge about many databases named as Google
scholars, emerald, business source, and academician. These sources are effective for
management research as it enables to get the feasible information towards the research matter
(Saunders, Lewis, & Thornhill, 2015).
Summarising relevant articles

I gained my understanding about summarization of article in which I deeply review of many
articles to comprehended data effectively. I gained my understanding of different sources of
articles that been addressed in the study. The summarization of relevant articles would be
imperative in attainment in gaining knowledge about the research issue.
Designing the outline of the literature review,
The design of the literature review could be effective in leading the study in one direction.
The investigator has decided a way and made a rough outline for operating their study act, as
it would be effective for the firm to make a decision effectively. I gained my understanding
of how much literature review outline is important to make the quality result. I also
understood that the outline is effective for making the research in an effective manner.
Writing up the literature review
At the time of writing up the literature review, I gained my understanding of certain factors
that increase the quality of writing. I understood that an investigator should need to give the
value to the authors by which the data has been collected as it gives more priority the actual
author, as it would support to maintain the quality of the study. It is evaluated that a literature
review is a tool that assists to make the favorable decision (White & McBurney, 2012). I
understood how much writing skills is effective at the time of writing of any goods and
services.
Research methodology –
I gained my understanding of the many methods that will support to collect data with respect
to the research matter. I enchased my knowledge about data collection method, research
design, research strategies, data analysis and ethical consideration that supports to get reliable
information in the context of current matter.
Sampling, questionnaire, data analysis, and interpretation

I also gained my understanding about sampling method that enables the researcher to select
the suitable sample size for conducting the study and provide the best way to get reliable data
towards the research matter. I also understood a way by which researcher would be capable to
know the process by which a survey questionnaire has been made that will be used at the time
of collecting the resources of participants towards the research. It is comprehended
qualitative and quantitative data analysis tool and made decision, which one is imperative for
the research and imply it effective in the study (Yip, Han, & Sng, 2016). I understood way
by which researcher has interoperate collected data and reach at the specified conclusion.
Distilling the findings from the data
From the findings section, I understood that the researcher has practiced literature review
method to supported the collected data and make a decision effectively. I gained about many
methods that might be used by the researcher named as content analysis method, case study,
and literature review. It would be imperative to get the data in favor of the research matter. It
also provides a systematic way to a researcher to complete their findings and go to the
conclusion section. (Lee and Phang, 2015).
Writing up the Project Report
In this, I understood how I write up effective in the report. At the time of writing the project, I
confronted many facets that affected the overall writing. These are lack of writing skills, lack
of knowledge about the topics, lack of time management skills, and coordination skills. These
skills might be affected the overall writing hence an individual should need to consider such
factor and meet at the reliable conclusion (Richardson Gosnay, & Carroll, 2010).
Reflecting on the research experience, insights gained, teamwork
I got positive as well as negative experience from this study, I have lack of conflicts
management that increased the stress in the study as it also affected overall productivity if
mine. I gained my understanding of the teamwork skills that affected the organizational task.

It is illustrated that I read many books and articles related to the teamwork for a meeting of
the study task. It is observed that the teamwork is a way that supports to eliminate the
weakness and increase the possibility of getting a favourable outcome (Tuten & SOLOMON,
2014).
